It depends on what your operating system is and what your intent is. I am a big fan of Font Base for PC and Typeface for Mac. Typeface is part of the SetApp software suite and is a great font and typeface organizer. Font Base is similar, allowing you to tap into third-party font foundries like Adobe and Google Fonts. 

I use both now and have found their ability to manage your fonts across devices with their account sync system as well as easy integration to other foundries to be a great benefit for my design software and design needs.
