**What do you like best about Eximius?**

Standardizes screening so every role gets evaluated the same way.

**What do you dislike about Eximius?**

We don’t really dislike anything about the tool. If anything, there are a couple of smaller improvements that would make day-to-day use even smoother, like more role-based scorecard templates (SDET vs QA Lead vs DevOps) and a bit more flexibility in export/report formats for internal leadership updates.

**What problems is Eximius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, the real issue was inconsistent evaluation across interviewers, especially for QA/SDET roles where different teams weigh different signals (framework depth vs debugging ability vs CI integration vs communication). That inconsistency caused re-screening, delayed decisions, and occasionally “good candidates” being dropped because the process wasn’t calibrated. 

Eximius helps by creating a repeatable screening and assessment layer that applies the same criteria every time and produces structured outputs our teams can align on. The benefit is:
- More consistent early-stage qualification across teams and hiring managers
- Faster calibration because everyone is reacting to the same structured signals
- Fewer re-screens and fewer start over loops mid-process
- Better hiring-manager confidence because the rationale is documented and comparable

**What do you dislike about Eximius?**

We don’t have any dislikes regarding the platform. However, a few small improvements would make it even smoother—like offering a few additional options for analytics dashboards around stage-to-stage conversion.

**What problems is Eximius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a computer vision company, we compete for specialized talent and speed matters. Our biggest issue wasn’t finding candidates—it was keeping them engaged once the process started. Manual recruiter steps (follow-ups, scheduling coordination, status updates, and handoffs) created delays between stages, and we lost strong candidates simply because another company moved faster and stayed closer to the candidate.

Eximius helps by automating and standardizing the engagement and early screening workflow, so candidates keep moving, and recruiters don’t become the bottleneck. The benefits for us have been:

**What do you like best about Eximius?**

One of its strongest advantages is the seamless integration with our ATS. Open requirements automatically flow into Eximius, and with a single click, job postings are published to the integrated Naukri platform without manual intervention. This has significantly reduced recruiter effort and improved posting efficiency, as job details are automatically fetched and synchronized.

**What do you dislike about Eximius?**

There isn’t anything we would call a dislike. If anything, a couple of minor refinements could make it even better, like more customization in reporting views and a few additional admin controls for tailoring workflows across different teams.

**What problems is Eximius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our major challenge was finding the right candidates who might not have the perfect resume. Traditional ATS search tends to be keyword-driven, which can miss strong profiles when titles, formats, or terminology vary across companies.

Eximius helped us solve this by using contextual matching and structured evaluation to surface relevant candidates that a keyword-focused search would have overlooked. That directly benefits us by:

•	Expanding the qualified talent pool without extra sourcing effort
•	Improving shortlist quality by prioritizing role-fit signals, not just keywords
•	Reducing false negatives (good candidates filtered out too early)
•	Giving recruiters a clear rationale behind rankings and recommendations
