I like that I can see when my client opens a shared document.

I wish the user interface was easier to navigate, specifically when looking for my own uploaded items.

It's nice to have important docs in one area where I can easily grab the link to share. I like having the ability to see when a client opens and set other parameters.

I love the versatility of Mediafly. I am able to share information with potential members, and then I'm able to pitch my sale to them using the same software. It makes sharing a lot of information seemless.

I find closing out the different things I'm looking at on the presentation to be not seemless as I'd like, otherwise I love it.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to relay a lot of information to people I'm speaking to. By showing them what I'm talking about, it makes the information easier to digest. I also use it to scout people who may be serious about purchasing, and it works great.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

The Mediafly team was able to get us up and running very quickly.  The tool has all the main features that you would expect from an enterprise value selling platform, and they make it very easy for you to maintain your own calculators and customize the platform for individual needs without needing special services from them.  They do have excellent value engineers that can be leveraged to help get you up and running with new projects that you might have. The UI is great and organized very well for ease of use with a nice workflow.  This is the best way to scale any value program.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

The back end processing often feels slow and there seem to be a number of minor bugs that pop up.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediafly allows us to scale and create more BVAs faster.  This allows us to do more with less by requiring fewer Business Value Consultants and allows us to have sellers create their own BVAs

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

I like how streamlined it is and customizeable to a specific need. Because we use it so often the structure is very important and Mediafly makes it super easy to use. I like being able to act as someone else when viewing I think that is a great feature. I also think Airship is very well designed. The automaticlly copied link when you hit share is a top notch detail.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Sometimes you can feel like you're lost when you go to many clicks into a page. It is easy to navigate but sometimes becomes a little confusing. Overall very little to complain about.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a place where everyone in the organization can efficiently find what they're looking for and it offers simplicity even though there is a lot of content that lives there. The visual aspects create a more engaging platform that's convinent and enjoyable for users.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

The team at Mediafly who supported us was top notch.  From initial calls, through implementation, and ongoing support - they made it easy to work with them.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

The only thing I disliked was due to the product that we chose, which lacked a self-service option.  That meant that every minor change we wanted to make had to go through Mediafly.  They now have a self-service feature which I would highly recommend exploring.  You can make changes to your value models and tools yourself.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales reps, presales consultants, value consultants, and partners needed an efficient way to create high quality value analysis materials that could demonstrate the areas where our solution would drives cost savings and productivity improvements and allow us to show the ROI of our solutions.  This previously was done via a standalone internal website that was becoming too burdensome to maintain.

Super easy to share information with others and view the rates at which customers are opening documents! A great external resource to have.

It can be difficult to organize helpful resources within mediafly, and sometimes when I am searching for a particular keyword it can be hard to filter through unhelpful documents. I also think that it would be helpful to be able to zoom out when looking at slides in order to view more than one at a time.

I really like that it can show you when your shared content has been read and for how long for each page individually! Wow! Helps give me insight into what my reseller is ultimately interested in.

I can't say anything yet, i am still trying to get used to using this resource.

Helping to have all of our content on one website and able to search that content and share with our resellers. Also when our reseller are actually utilizing the information as i've always wondered if they were finding the content i was sharing before helpful or not or if they were even looking at it. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use and it's feature rich capabilities allow for growth of adoption. I use MediaFly Collections  for my Appilar Consulting clients and prospects to create beautiful personalized digital sales rooms. Fantastic!

MediaFly is targeted to enterprise software companies operating at scale. I with there were a quick-start version I could recommend to my growth stage B2B clients.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Mediafly is a great tool and I'm sure there are a number of ways that we can receive benefit from it.  I absolutely believe it's the key to scaling our BVA processes and I also think they're pushing in the right direction of more Value Based Selling motions and strategy vs. pigeon holing themselves as BVA generation.  When a company can implement and support the consumption of the Mediafly tool,  then it's a great solution.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

At the moment, my challenge with Mediafly is partnership.  I recognize I am a smaller customer (at the moment), which has created challenges with support and customer success.  I am unclear what the partnership should look like.  I think Mediafly is going through a reset, making it a bit of a challenge to ensure customers like us are still informed and engaged with regularly.  I was also asked, at one point, to participate in CAB and other events, but never heard about any activities again.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, we're only using Mediafly to supplement our Value Consulting practice as we scale.  The field isn't accessing Mediafly on their own.  We keep it close to the vest because we don't want sellers going out and using ROI as a carrot.  We're really working hard to set value selling up as a motion and use BVA as justification for the purchase only.

I love seeing where my client spent the most time in a deck. It helps me zero in on what they're looking to understand to prepare for discussion.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

I've struggled a bit to navigate the platform. I find that where I would intuitively expect an 'edit' button or an 'upload' option is not where I've ultimately found them. I wasn't able to use the platform to its fullest last year because I simply didn't have the time to learn how to properly use this platform in the midst of a very busy renewal season. I found it difficult to follow the presenters from MediaFly when training was provided to our team. I know the effort was there, but a one-pager of step-by-step instructions would've been more helpful.

It's providing more insight on who is reviewing information sent over and how long they're actually spending on it.

Navigating Mediafly is very intuitive, making it accessible for both sales and pre-sales teams. In our remote work environment, having a transparent value assessment process is powerful.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

While Mediafly offers customization options, configuring them to meet specific needs can be complex. For example setting up a modularized value assessment process, like a decision tree, was not easy. Sharing the outcome with prospects or customers and tracking also require some tech saviness.

I love having a one stop shop for all of my marketing materials, along with fantastic customer support, and ease of integration. I find it very easy to use, use it frequantly and consistenly. The best part are the insights provided allowing me to track my customer engagement and impact.

I sometimes experience some issues between cross border content where not all files are designed to be accessible, by choice, however, sometimes I get alerts regarding new files that I can't access.

Provides a quick and efficient way to store and search work materials. Easy to share and download for customers and work related use.

I often find searchability could use improvements in this program. Perhaps this is some thing. My company has not properly set up, but often materials can be challenging to find if you are unfamiliar with their title.

This is a great tool that is easily accessible remotely to share documents, especially those that are large in size. I appreciate the tracking features to analyze who is viewing digital material. I am sharing.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

InsightSquared has been really helpful in visualizing data, setting forecasts and goals for sales teams, and seeing historical trends using information directly derived from Salesforce. It's allowed for a great deal of personalization in each dashboard as well, allowing people to cater the data to their specific needs. The software is also very user friendly and easy to learn, which helps smoothen the implementation.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Not a downside specific to InsightSquared, but I think to be able to fully utilize this tool you need to have a solid understanding of your the software you are trying to optimize, and what is driving the data you are trying to show. I've only been using the system for <1 month, but there haven't been any real downsides specific to InsightSquared that i've noticed so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

Highly recommend this product if you are looking to understand your sales data more clearly and concisely. InsightSquared could pose to be even more beneficial if your company has sales related data spanning across multiple platforms.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using InsightSquared as a dashboard for our sales analytics. This has been great in allowing us to take extensive data from Salesforce and consolidating it into an easy to understand dashboard for our sales teams. Territorial sales mangers have found this especially useful in seeing performance trends for their areas, while also being able to easily personalize their dashboards to fit their specific needs or desired metrics.

Finding the relevant files is easy and quick. When using the search function you get an organised overview of the results which makes comparing relevant effortless. I use Mediafly almost daily, and everytime it exceeds my expectations.

The only downside I can think of is that downloading files sometimes takes a while.

Mediafly helps me finding the correct files in a short time and without the need of checking different folders. I can easily find what I need and share or download it.

The intelligence you can gain from sending a customer a video/brochure/etc can tell you a lot about their motivation/interest.

I find the program to be quite clunky and a bit difficult to navigate. It looks completely different on app versus webpage, constantly undergoing changes...makes me use it less regularly. The search feature for content is also extremely poor.

Mediafly provides data on the engagement of a prospect which can tell you a lot about the prospect's interest level.

Creating workspaces is clunky. I am not a fan of the zoom integration as it has taken us months to try to get it working correctly.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Their platform is intuitive and easy to manage.  It is a breeze to access and share content with your customers and track.  It is integrated with CRM (Salesforce) so you can see what content was shared with what accounts or contacts and when.  You do not need to have a license or special log-in to access the content that we sent from the Mediafly user.  You can access Mediafly right from CRM (Salesforce).  I love their dashboards to see what content has been shared the most.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Nothing much but the cost is a little high. I wish there was a built-in function to remove old content automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

Make sure you set aside enough budget for licenses.

It eliminated the issue of managing so much content we have and a difficult way to share them securely.  Our Sales leaders are happy because they can see what their reps are doing with the content.  Our marketing team is happy because they can see what content is most popular.

Intelligence360 has the largest suite of visualizations that I have seen in a no-code analytical tool. It allows for massive amounts of customization. Let's say you wanted to see trends of win rate vs. number of active contacts on an opportunity, I360 will do that out of the box. Marketing attribution? Intelligence360 has that out of the box. This tool has massively increased efficiency for my analytics org.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

It requires patience and care to get over the steep learning curve. However, once you have your data flowing correctly and you understand the flow of report creation, you'll be off to the races.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediafly gives the most comprehensive look at every aspect of our Go To Market organization, from lead capture all the way to customer churn. We use Mediafly for all major KPI reporting for each rep, all of which rolls up to the C-Suite level, ensuring that our RevOps team is always aware of what reports are being used and who is using them. It has allowed us to increase team alignment because Mediafly allows for swift report creation and manipulation, ensuring that our small RevOps team can support every team without breaking our bandwidth.

It focuses on the things that are most important to sales leaders. Additionally, it gives us the ability to see the overall health of an opportunity quickly without a lot of research.

The health score can be a bit unreliable when you are close/involved with a deal and you have intelligence that would tell you, for example, that a deal has a higher viability than what is being calculated.

Quick, easy access to the KPIs that are most important to us. Also, we don't project future attainment well, and this tool helps us solve this problem. It also keeps us from spending hours building reports in SFDC.

I love its potential, I feel that I can engage leads/prospects in an interactive and visually appealing, digital and modern way. It is accessible and I recognise the additional value as online platform to store documents. It is easy to keep your documents up to date and we don't have to worry about outdated versions circulating. Another nice feature is the insight in clicks and viewings.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Creating an environment is not as straightforward nor user-friendly as it should be. The functionalities are not organized well in the workspace editor and I feel that it doesn't lead the user logically through the process of designing. I am used to programs as SalesForce and  Wordpress, which are way bigger but a lot easier to use.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not solving problems, it is facilitating a platform that allows me to store promotional documents at one place and make them accessible for my leads/prospects. The problem that it could solve in the near future is providing insights on activities (clicking, viewing).

The close rate and conversion reports are the most useful b/c they're not easy to recreate in Salesforce.  Being able to filter on your organization's custom fields are also really helpful alongside the standard reports and dashboards to give you ideas on how you can dig into your organization's data.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

We transitioned from Analytics to Platform over the past year.  I miss the definitions for the fields as part of the product.  At first the feature parity was quite off, but the product team has continued to make additional enhancements and is open to feedback.  Having the right CSM is critical to your ability to use the tool and our current CSM has been instrumental in getting us up to speed.  Without him, it would've been a terrible experience as it was with prior CSMs.

Depending on the data you're looking at, this provides you a baseline of what to dig into.

calculating conversion metrics, looking at historical pipeline stages and conversions, win rates, etc. The product provides great visualization that it would take you hours to create on your own.

First & foremost, the team I have worked with is AMAZING! Our Project Manager, Kimber & Customer Success Manager, Nicole, did a fantastic job. They accommodate last-minute requests and are always ready to problem-solve for our team. The designers do a great job of giving options, and they work fast. The platform is straightforward, optimizing our experience. Very pleased with the app!

The app's search bar allowed people to find hidden content, which was not ideal. Thankfully, the Mediafly team went straight to work finding a solution. Finally, the share option on the app is not the most straightforward, but once again, the team acted quickly and found a solution.

The platform is easy to navigate and helpful to be able to drill down the hierarchies. Super helpful in visualizing SFDC data. There are so many different ways to customize the views to be sure you're showcasing exactly what you want.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Personally, there is a steep learning curve. I've also noticed that support isn't the quickest and generally takes a few days to get back to you regarding the issue.

It is giving a high level view of current pipeline and forecasting. The forecasting tool has been beneficial to the current reps and helps hold them accountable to their KPIs.
