## About Exclaimer
Exclaimer is an email signature management platform designed to help organizations maintain consistent, compliant, and commercially effective email signatures across all communications. This solution is particularly beneficial for IT teams, marketing departments, and HR and legal professionals, as it centralizes control over email signatures, ensuring that company-wide communications remain on-brand and compliant without requiring ongoing administrative effort. As organizations grow, managing email signatures manually can become increasingly challenging. Exclaimer addresses this issue by integrating directly with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and on-premises Microsoft Exchange. The platform automatically syncs with the organization's directory, ensuring that email signatures are updated seamlessly when employees join, leave, or change roles. This automation eliminates the need for manual updates, significantly reducing inconsistencies across the organization. Signatures are applied server-side via Microsoft Azure before emails are sent, which means users do not need to take any action. Additionally, an optional Outlook Add-In allows employees to view their email signature while composing messages, without altering how signatures are applied. Exclaimer offers role-based access controls (RBAC), enabling IT departments to delegate management of campaigns and banners to other departments, such as marketing or HR, while retaining control over the core signature template. This functionality minimizes support requests and reduces dependency on a central team for every update. Employees can also update their personal details, including contact information and working hours, through a self-service portal, further streamlining the process and reducing the burden on IT. For marketing teams, Exclaimer transforms every email into a potential marketing touchpoint. Users can create and manage signature campaigns that feature rotating banners and tailored messages for different employee groups, utilizing attributes pulled from the organization's CRM or directory. Built-in analytics provide insights into campaign performance at the email signature level, facilitating A/B testing of creative elements and calls to action. Integration with popular CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, allows engagement data to be incorporated into the organization's broader reporting framework. Moreover, Exclaimer ensures automated compliance by applying legal disclaimers and compliance statements according to predefined rules. This guarantees that every outbound email meets legal requirements, regardless of the sender's device or personal settings, thereby aligning legal and IT departments without the need for manual oversight. Beyond email signatures, Exclaimer also manages video meeting backgrounds for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, applying on-brand visuals to video calls from the same platform. With over 20 years of experience in email signature management, Exclaimer is trusted by more than 80,000 organizations across 150+ countries, offering governance controls, compliance tooling, and a robust support model that caters to both small teams and large enterprises.

## Exclaimer Reviews
 ### 1. Low-Maintenance Email Signatures with Instant Active Directory Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey K. | Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love that i don’t have to go machine by machine to send an email signature to every employee. The changes like Title or phone number are immediate since it’s pulling from Active Directory. It's really low maintenance and i was thrilled it did not fail us during our recent brand change.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is nothing worse than trying to use the drag-and-drop editor for creating perfect alignment of images and text boxes. Also, if you try to upload a normal picture of yourself as a head shot, it will always appear huge and distorted unless you size down the original image file before uploading.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer keeps my employees from using their own outdated logos and ugly font choices. It has standardized both our disclaimer and branding across all desktop and mobile versions of Outlook so we now present ourselves professionally. This means marketing can now run banner campaigns without requiring it to open up ticket requests for emails.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Corey, thanks for your feedback!

We're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's integration with Active Directory and low maintenance features beneficial for your organization. We understand your concerns about the drag-and-drop editor and image sizing, and we appreciate your feedback. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 2. Set It Once, Reach Everyone: Handy Banner Scheduling for Seasonal Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Before this we had to hassle them every time they wanted to change anything. We set it up once and it will go out to all employees. Banner scheduling is very useful too. You can assign start and stop dates for seasonal campaigns. When your season comes to an end, it automatically changes back to the standard banner.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It has been my experience that the backend was designed by people who enjoy scrolling through endless lists. There isn’t a way to visually see which banners are being used where. Additionally, when assigning banners and then finding that some users did not receive the correct banner you have to dig through the system again to try to figure out why.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using this product, our emails looked however the individual employee wanted their email to look. With this product now, every employee’s email appears consistent (as configured), yet each employee still gets to customize their email configuration independently from others. In addition to turning the signature into something consistently presentable, this product allows us to utilize the email as a form of advertising.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that Exclaimer has helped you maintain consistent, professional email signatures and simplify banner campaign management, and we appreciate your feedback on banner visibility and assignment troubleshooting as we continue to improve the administration experience.

 ### 3. Set It Once, and Exclaimer Keeps Email Signatures Automatically Up to Date

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier C. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

There are a lot of ways I could talk about how much I love Exclaimer, but the one thing I come back to is that as long as it’s connected to your Microsoft 365 account & Active Directory; once you set it up, it will take care of itself. For example, when an employee makes a change to his/her Job Title/Phone Number etc., that information automatically updates into their email signature. Honestly, that type of functionality is EXACTLY the type of function I would want from a piece of software after my day today.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It’s frustrating with previews. The image/what you see in the editor does not always look like what ends up landing in an email. So you may end up applying it and sending yourself a test before you know for sure. It takes longer than necessary. Navigating the admin area is a little disorienting when you only go there once a month or so. I always seem to need to find the same things again; because of course i’m not using it enough to remember where things live.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before exclaimer we were seeing entirely different signatures across the board. Old logos, incorrect phone numbers, some had no signature at all and it was complete chaos and looked terrible when we sent external emails. Exclaimer centralized everything and therefore allows one person to make changes and those changes are automatically rolled-out to everyone else without needing to chase them down.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

We’re glad to hear that automatic updates via Microsoft 365 and Active Directory are saving you time and keeping signatures accurate across your organisation. We also appreciate your comments on preview accuracy and navigation. If you need support, we’re here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 4. Precise Signature Control and Easy Updates for Consistent, Polished Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilyasse B. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The rules provide more precise control, and I really appreciate being able to create individual signatures for each user. We can maintain aesthetically pleasing email signatures, and the product also offers flexibility when it comes to integration. It also makes it easy to update email signatures to keep everything consistent, which is why I consider it the best option among its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

In some emails, the icons may disappear, and I think they could have included a few video tutorials to make setup and use clearer. It would also be helpful to see which signature was applied, especially when switching between options. Finally, I wish there were more pre-designed templates to choose from.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has eliminated the issue of outdated data and greatly simplified our signature management. It lets us create a standard email signature that’s still fully customizable. The system has proven reliable, and we’ve been able to keep a consistent signature for everyone.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> We're happy to hear that Exclaimer has provided you with precise signature control and easy updates, making it the best option among its competitors. We understand your concerns about the disappearing icons, the need for video tutorials, and more pre-designed templates. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take it into account as we continue to improve our product.

 ### 5. Making signatures was never this easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The ease of use to make signature for clients, it is really intuitive to use and doesn't make you feel like you need a course to use this product. The actual integration with Outlook is also really nice, it just works without any hassle. The pricing is also really cheap, because you can do so much with just 1.60 euro per license, you can make a whole animated signature if you wanted to.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Not really anything, just figuring out how to connect Exclaimer to Exchange Online was a bit weird, but besides that, i don't really have anything bad to say about it. Maybe the support could be a little better, but maybe that's just on my end and they could actually be helpful.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem for us was the actual standardization of the signature for the client, because all the clients we have, just have a mess of signature between all the colleagues, which limits the performance and interaction with the client.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your positive feedback!

We're delighted that you find Exclaimer easy to use and that it has helped standardize signatures for your clients. We understand the importance of a consistent and professional image when interacting with clients, and we're glad that Exclaimer has been able to benefit your organization in this way. We appreciate your support!

 ### 6. Streamlined Email Signatures, But Pricing a Concern

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katijah M. | Administrative Executive, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the design editor and directory integration features of Exclaimer. Building new templates is simple even without any design experience. The integration with our active directory ensures that new employees automatically receive a correct signature with their name, titles, and department as soon as their account is created. Also, thanks to its integration with Microsoft 365, rolling it out across the company didn't require any complicated setup. The setup was easy, and we had the Microsoft 365 integration running within a day. The support team was quick to help when we ran into permission issues during the directory reorganization.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I really dislike and puzzle with the pricing model since costs add up quickly once you license a few hundred users. And some of the more useful features are gated behind higher prices. I'd also like to see more intelligence built into the product, like automatic suggestions when a signature looks outdated or cluttered, since right now it's poorly manual—a rule-based system with no smart assistant.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solved our signature chaos by streamlining updates, saving our IT team headaches. Its design editor and integration make template creation simple, and new users are easily onboarded with correct signatures, ensuring consistent branding across our organization.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Katijah, we're glad to hear that you're enjoying the design editor and directory integration features of Exclaimer, as well as the ease of template creation and Microsoft 365 integration. We understand your concerns about the pricing model, and we're continuously working to provide the best value for our customers. Your feedback about adding more intelligence into the product is valuable.

 ### 7. Effortless Email Management, Costly Pro Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khairul B. | Human Resource Assistant 2, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love the HubSpot integration with Exclaimer. It completely changed how our marketing teams approach employee email. Instead of a single generic signature, each prospect or client receives a signature banner that matches their position in our HubSpot contact list. Someone at the evaluation stage sees a different call-to-action compared to an existing customer, and the switch between them happens automatically as their status in HubSpot updates. This automation means no one in the team has to manage those transitions manually. The integration updates our contact list every twenty-four hours, so the targeting remains current without anyone needing to log in and update the rules manually.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Things that don't work well for us are the HubSpot integration and the Calendly booking link features. Both are locked behind the pro plan, which is at a noticeably higher price point than the standard plan. When we signed up, we didn't fully understand that these features we specifically wanted weren't included at the plan level we chose. Discovering that later on meant going through mid-contract agreement conversations that felt unnecessary. It would help to have a clearer feature-to-plan breakdown during the signup process to prevent catching people off guard.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer centralizes our email management, integrating with CRM for efficient client touchpoints. It reduces scheduling emails with Calendly integration, cutting down on back-and-forth for meeting bookings.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Khairul, thanks for sharing your feedback!

We're thrilled to hear that Exclaimer has had a positive impact on your email management and client touchpoints. We value your feedback about the pricing and feature transparency, and we will strive to improve the clarity of our plan offerings.
If you ever have questions, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 8. Effortless Email Signature Management, Needs Better CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi S. | Project Manager, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I use Exclaimer to manage all the organization's email signatures because it's so easy to use in a single dashboard. It's incredibly useful because when the company launches a new campaign or changes its email address, the change is immediately reflected in all emails, which is fantastic. I appreciate the consistency as I don't have to email the teams asking them to update their signatures or check if someone is using an outdated version of our logo. I love it because Exclaimer works well, and the signature editor is so intuitive that anyone on the design team can upload their designs. The signature editor has been a great help because it manages the brand at a large scale, and my time is limited, so I can't be on top of whether someone used Arial instead of Helvetica. It turns email into a constant and silent marketing tool, maximizing the visibility of our projects without the team wasting time editing anything.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It would be great if they improved the integration with CRMs, since Excel tells me how many clicks a signature link received, but that data is stored in isolation, and to find out if that click resulted in a customer, I have to manually check the data in Excel. The initial setup was a challenge, but the results were worth it.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to manage email signatures easily, ensuring consistent branding across our team. It turns email into a marketing tool without wasted time and ensures all updates are reflected instantly, reducing constant administrative tasks.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Aditi, we're glad to hear that you find Exclaimer's email signature management easy to use and that it has been a great help in maintaining consistent branding across your organization. We appreciate your feedback about the CRM integration.

If you ever have questions, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 9. Secure, Intuitive Signature Editor—But Outlook Logo Rendering Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeeshan A. | Internal Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I found fantastic is the security and peace of mind it offers. The system guarantees, with absolute precision, that each signature reaches exactly the intended recipient. It also automatically detects changes between personal accounts and shared mailboxes, which adds another layer of reassurance by preventing identity errors. Finally, the drag-and-drop editor is extremely intuitive, letting you create professional signatures quickly and easily, without unnecessary clicks.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

A critical limitation is the lack of visual consistency in clients like Outlook, where logos often appear blurry or distorted. This loss of quality compromises the professionalism of the email and can create distrust in the recipient. This is an area that definitely requires technical improvement to ensure more stable and robust performance.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excleimer has been incredibly useful. Since its implementation, the time savings have been dramatic for both me and my employees, because it completely eliminates the need to manually update signatures. The result is dynamic, visually flawless signatures.

The platform also stands out for its security and the peace of mind it provides: there’s absolute precision in ensuring each signature reaches the correct recipient, and it automatically detects account changes to help prevent errors.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Zeeshan, thank you for sharing your feedback for our secure and intuitive signature editor.
We understand your concerns about the Outlook logo rendering and will strive to enhance this aspect for a better user experience.
If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 10. Exclaimer Makes Email Signature Management Consistent and Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip J. | IT Specialist, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I found it to be a great, practical solution for something that’s often underestimated: email signature management. Exclaimer is fantastic. I really liked how a task that would normally be repetitive and difficult to manage was completely transformed by this solution. I love how it standardizes the way contact information, notices, and the company’s visual identity appear in emails, making everything feel consistent and easier to maintain.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The fact that they dedicate so much time to customer service to make sure everything is well organized is something I didn’t like at first. So far, though, it hasn’t affected my experience; it’s just a personal annoyance.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer has met our expectations. It addresses a very practical need and helps us control the image the company projects in external communications, ensuring the information is always accurate, engaging, and detailed. It may seem simple, but it’s very useful and has a significant impact.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Philip, thanks for your feedback!

Great to see Exclaimer delivering exactly what it should — consistent, professional signatures across every email without the manual effort. We're here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 11. Efficient Signature Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhaila A. | SNN, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really like Exclaimer's rule-based targeting by department, which has been crucial in solving our compliance headache. It's particularly useful for managing signature rules across different departments, ensuring that each department has the required disclaimers and the right level of programming control, especially critical in areas like finance where specific compliance lines are a must. I also love using it to schedule seasonal banners in advance, which means promotions can start and end automatically without any manual intervention, saving me from last-minute scrambling. This has also allowed marketing to have actual numbers to rely on rather than just guessing the synergies.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I dislike is when setting up the payments specific rules take more manual configuration than expected. And I have to manually catch a new struggle as still showing the wrong disclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer helps manage signature rules across departments and ensures compliance, preventing legal flags. It schedules seasonal banners automatically, saving me from last-minute scrambling. The rule-based targeting by department solved our compliance headaches, providing marketing with concrete data instead of guesses.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Suhaila, thanks for the feedback!

Really glad department-level targeting and automated banner scheduling are keeping compliance tight and campaigns running without the last-minute stress!

 ### 12. Positive help and guidance during training session with great results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia H. | System Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer creates a professional looking email footer using fields from Active Directory for your name, company, contact details as well as being able to add your own company logos etc

The support desk answer queries quickly and I don't think that the service is too expensive.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I found some of the design templates quite difficult to get used to as I have never used any design software before. However after having a training session with Jaz, she explained how to do many of the things that Exclaimer is capable of.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was recently shown how to add our corporate colours to the Brand Kit so they are always there and easy to add to text

**Official Response from Sally Bellis:**

> Hi Julia,

Thank you for your positive review! We're pleased to hear that Exclaimer helps you create professional email footers and that our customer service team has been responsive and helpful. Your feedback about the design process for beginners is valuable, and we are always working to make our platform more user-friendly. Thanks again for choosing Exclaimer.

Best,

 ### 13. Centralized Control and Easy Campaign Switching with Exclaimer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy M. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Honestly I think the biggest advantage is the fact that we can control everything centrally. Now, Marketing sends the updates out to everyone and it’s taken care of. And quite frankly, even while I’m half asleep on the couch, I am still pretty impressed by how well that works. The Banner feature is great too – I love that I don’t have to bother Sales to make manual changes to campaigns for our various teams, and that I can easily switch up campaigns. It’s so easy. You create it, it runs, and you’re done.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I want a new signature design, I have to wait until the Design Team at Exclaimer has created it. It’s not a huge deal. Honestly, they are quick to respond. But if you’re like me, and you like to be able to drag & drop something into place at 11 PM and have it live immediately, this isn’t going to happen. My auto correct keeps turning “exclaimer” into another word.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in disarray. We had a variety of signature formats; many people were using their personal head shots from years ago; old job titles; and incorrect logos. It didn’t look good. Especially since we’re supposed to appear organized. Exclaimer just solves this problem – Marketing controls everything; IT doesn’t have to run after people to get them to update their signatures; and when someone’s job title changes it will update automatically. Plus, our signature spaces are actually serving a purpose today – they are promoting events, campaigns etc., instead of simply having a phone number that nobody calls.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Amy, thanks for leaving your feedback!

Glad to hear that Exclaimer helps you to centrally manage your signatures and helps you to keep things organized.

 ### 14. Reliable Email Signature Management with Easy M365 Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ARAVINDAN C. | Information Technology Infrastructure Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Email signature was very siWe’ve been using Exclaimer primarily for managing email signatures across Microsoft 365, and overall it has been a very positive experience.
The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Creating and managing signatures is straightforward, even without much prior experience. The layout makes sense, and updates can be done quickly without confusion.
Integration with Microsoft 365 was very simple and smooth. The setup process was easy to follow, and the tool integrated seamlessly with Outlook and other M365 apps. Once configured, signatures were applied consistently across users and devices without any manual effort.
In terms of performance, Exclaimer has been very reliable. It works well with Microsoft 365 and does not impact email delivery or user experience. Signatures are applied correctly every time, and we haven’t noticed any performance issues.
Pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money. Considering the centralized management, consistent branding, and time saved for IT and users, the return on investment is good.
Support is okay overall, but it’s somewhat limited. Support is mainly available via email due to the subscription plan. The responses are helpful, but having faster or real-time support options would improve the experience.
Exclaimer doesn’t heavily focus on AI or intelligent features, but for its core purpose—email signature management—it performs extremely well and does exactly what it promises.
Overall Experience
Exclaimer is a solid, reliable solution with easy Microsoft 365 integration, good performance, and fair pricing. While support options could be improved, it’s a dependable product that delivers strong value for organizations using M365.mple

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Personally I don't have any negatives about exclaimer. Overall its good product.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us its customised email signature.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Danielle, thanks for leaving your feedback!

 ### 15. Centralized Signature Control Across Every Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Léon H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that Exclaimer keeps our email signatures consistent across very different teams, from the field reps who email doctors and chemists daily to the export team corresponding with overseas partners. The central control is what makes it indispensable to my work. I can roll out branding updates, banners, and the right disclaimers and certifications from one central console rather than chasing each department, so every email leaving the company stays professional and on-brand without my having to check inboxes. I rely on it constantly, and its integration with Microsoft 365 means updates roll out quietly in the background, with nobody needing a tutorial or a nudge to comply. It belongs to that rare category of tool that smooths the workflow so well that most colleagues never notice it is there. What saves me the most time day-to-day is template updates deploying automatically through the Microsoft 365 integration, so when I change a signature element or swap a banner, it applies to everyone's outgoing mail at once without staff updating anything or me chasing each department. When we refreshed our corporate branding and needed a new logo and product range banner on every signature, I pushed the change out from one console in a single pass, which spared me coordinating each department and prevented the mismatched, half-updated signatures a manual rollout would almost certainly have produced. The initial setup took a few days, but we didn't encounter any major problems, so I have to admit it was actually quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

{"My main reservation is the editor, which feels rather restrictive when it comes to layout choices.","Getting to grips with how the rules actually behave took longer than I expected.","During that learning curve a few incorrect signatures slipped out.","Putting those right added an extra layer of work and caused a measure of confusion across teams in the early days.","The incorrect signatures mostly came down to rule precedence, where overlapping rules for different departments meant some users matched the wrong one and received a signature meant for another team.","There is a lack of clearer visual feedback in the rule editor showing exactly which rule wins for a given user before the changes go live."}

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent, outdated email signatures across very different teams. I roll out branding updates, banners, and the right disclaimers and certifications from one central console rather than chasing each department, so every email stays professional and on-brand without me checking inboxes.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Leon, Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

Really glad to hear that pushing a full rebrand to every team from a single console is saving you from chasing departments.

 ### 16. Centralized Signatures with Powerful Analytics, But CSS Limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eishah I. | Business Analyst Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I love most is the upgraded analytic dashboard that just launched recently. It has changed how our marketing team justifies the cost of email signature campaigns internally. Before that dashboard existed, the value of a campaign was something everyone assumed rather than something anyone could demonstrate, and now that it's there, the budget conversation has become considerably easier. I can show click through rates on a campaign, compare performance between different banner designs, and track engagement trends over time, which gives the team real data to bring to quarterly reviews instead of anecdotal evidence. The most impactful metric for me is the click through rate, because now we can show how many quality clicks are coming from the campaign in the email, so we can keep using the same campaign for future sales and marketing. Our campaign budget is really low now because it doesn't cost much to display the marketing on email. There were times when we overspent on social media campaigns and it was really costly but the results weren't really good, and after using email marketing with the banner on email, it basically costs nothing or much less, so we have more budget for other forms of campaign. I also like that the Google Workspace setup through the marketplace has improved over the past year, and it's now straightforward enough that most administrators get through it without adding support.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think things that need to be improved is the competitive pressure from alternative like code two and since sign since. They have become a real conversation at renewal time. Both have closed the features gap meaningfully in 2026 and offer a lower price for midsized organization without the tier complexity that Exclaimer carries. The CSS editor limitation forces designers to work within the WYSIWYG editor rather than editing CSS directly. This is a recurring frustration that competitive tools have addressed and Exclaimer has not. Setup time requires planning the whole structure across our brands and multiple departments before touching the platform.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer centrally manages email signatures across our org with two brands, so the right signature always goes out, current and correctly formatted regardless of device. It fixed brand dilution from inconsistent signatures. The analytics dashboard shows click-through rates, so we justify campaigns cheaply and free up budget.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for leaving your feedback!

We love to hear that you like the upgraded analytics dashboard that we launched! We hear you on the CSS editor limitations and appreciate the honest feedback. We're here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 17. Effortless Signature Management for Global Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nazeem A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I find Exclaimer extremely helpful for managing individuals' signatures across multiple companies on a single platform, which simplifies a previously cumbersome task. I especially like the interchangeable banners, as they help address some of our marketing shortfalls by keeping customers informed about our latest developments. The ability to change data and logos in one step is another feature I really appreciate. Exclaimer's global management capabilities are also a standout for us since it doesn't just manage our tenants within our country but globally. The setup was seamless as long as we had the right information.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer must be able to handle multiple MS Exchange accounts. Currently, Exclaimer can be set for a single MS tenant. We have global companies on MS Exchange and incorporating them into Exclaimer would be advantageous.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer eases signature management across multiple companies and aids in marketing with interchangeable banners. It efficiently manages and rolls out signatures, keeping customers updated with our latest developments.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

Really glad to hear that the signature management is way easier with our service. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 18. Rigid designer but stable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe C. | Brand marketing Manager, Online Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Our organization can instantaneously handle corporate email signatures throughout all the departments from one on the platform central cloud dashboard. The visual drag and drop designer eases the process of creating brand-conformant layouts without the need of advanced HTML knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The template designer is very constrained and often bends a lot of intricate layouts when he has to produce signatures for older email clients. Non-standard web typography support is non-existent which makes it very difficult to implement custom font styles. The analytics dashboard offers very little tracking information and lacks of granular click through data for each marketing banner.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software totally eliminates the administrative mess of having to manually change the email signature for employees. It guarantees that brands are consistent in every corporate communication outbound sent every day. Marketing teams have a new avenue to market webinars and product updates that can be done through regular employee email.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing this.

We're glad to hear that you’re able to save time and reduce manual effort when updating the signatures.
We hear your feedback about the template designer. If you have a specific issue rather than a general limitation, our support team can help: support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 19. Effortless Signature Standardization, Needs Better Template Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaprizyla A. | Human Resources Assistant 1, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the automatic process that allows Exclaimer to query directory fields and use that data to personalize signatures automatically. It's especially helpful when a client staff member gets promoted, as their new title reflects in outgoing emails as soon as the directory is updated. This way, important details like URLs, phone extensions, and office locations are updated without manual intervention. For clients with high staff turnover or frequent role changes, this automated accuracy is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Copying signature templates between brands and branches is more difficult than it should be. For clients managing multiple brands under one organization, the inability to easily duplicate a template from one brand setup and adapt it for another adds unnecessary repetitive work. Some clients have found this frustrating enough to start evaluating alternatives, specifically because the multi-brand management experience does not match the quality of their single brand expertise.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to handle email signatures centrally, standardize details through Active Directory, and automate organization-wide updates. It eliminates manual updates and ensures consistency, which is especially beneficial during rebrands, reducing the risk of errors and client complaints.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks so much for this — love that the automatic directory sync is saving your clients headaches when roles change! We totally hear you on the multi-brand template side, and feedback like yours is exactly how we get better. Our team is always here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 20. Perfect corporate brand consistency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghaith H. | System Engineer, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The centralized dashboard allows you to have full control of corporate email branding throughout the organization. The drag and drop template builder makes it easy to create professional looking signatures. We were able to make the unified company banners and legal disclaimers available to all employees in minutes. It integrates with our email provider, so that all messages appear to be flawless on mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The admin interface is extremely slow and freezes frequently during the peak working hours. When a user profile is updated, it can sometimes not be synced, without the display of any helpful error messages. The billing structure seems like a scam for a smaller company that is going through a growth spurt.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer removes the arduous task of having to manually change signatures on each employee's computer. Marketing teams are now able to send out all outbound company communications with promotional campaign banners in a flash. We save a lot of tech hours that used to be spent troubleshooting formatting problems in local e-mail clients. You can be certain that your brand will be consistent worldwide with no risk of legal issues.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this! Rolling out banners and disclaimers company-wide in minutes while keeping everything looking flawless on mobile is exactly what we're here for! The feedback regarding admin slowdowns and billing concerns has been well noted.

 ### 21. Effortless Email Management with Customizable Signatures

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hudyakova I. | HR Support Level 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really like Exclaimer's user customization structure. It makes our business much happier after switching to it because our template locks down legal and branding elements to keep everything on-brand, while still allowing each staff member to fill in personal details like pronouns, direct mobile numbers, and working hours through a self-service portal. This balance between central control and personal flexibility has stopped any pushback from staff who were worried about losing control over how their email signatures look. No one has complained since we went live because they still feel that their signature represents them, just within a company-controlled structure. I also appreciate how the template standardizes email signatures to protect our brand image while allowing some personal touches to make signatures feel more personal.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The WYSIWYG editor has a CSS limitation. It shows up when our designer tries to recreate our brand signature exactly. Some spacing, font rendering, and element positions that look perfect in design files don't translate accurately through the editor. The workaround involves uploading a prebuilt HTML file, but that requires our designer to be involved every time there's a structural change, rather than a marketing person being able to do it themselves. Proper CSS editor access would remove that dependency.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer automates signature management across multiple branches, ensuring correct signatures go out without manual input. It helps promote job vacancies effectively through email banners, increasing direct applications at no additional cost. The customization structure balances company control and personal flexibility, satisfying staff needs.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! Giving staff personal flexibility while keeping branding and legal elements locked down is exactly the balance we aim for! It's brilliant to hear your team feels represented while your brand stays fully protected. We hear you on the CSS editor limitations.

 ### 22. Manage mass signatures and save time; onboarding with Google Workspace is cumbersome

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Carlos V. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like that it is a tool that allows for mass signatures. Once it's set up, I don't have to worry about creating signatures for my collaborators. It helps me save time with signature management and maintain brand consistency. I have it connected to Google Workspace so that the signatures appear in my Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The initial setup of Exclaimer needs to be improved. The initial setup with Google Workspace was difficult for me. It was a bit difficult. I would think there should be a Wizard or something similar that guides you step by step without you having to do so many things within your Google Workspace admin console.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to save time on signature management and maintain brand consistency. It allows for mass signatures and, once set up, I don't have to worry about creating signatures for my collaborators.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Juan! We're glad Exclaimer is saving you time and keeping your brand consistent across Gmail — set it and forget it is exactly the experience we want!
We hear you on the Google Workspace setup. We're here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 23. Uniform Email Signatures with Easy Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander B. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I absolutely love Exclaimer for the control it grants over every user’s email signature, ensuring a uniform and professional appearance across all our business communications. This capability is crucial for maintaining our brand's image and making sure every email we send aligns with our company standards. The customization aspect of Exclaimer is another outstanding feature that I appreciate. It allows us to perfectly tailor our email signatures to our specific needs, incorporating elements that reflect our brand’s identity uniquely and effectively. Moreover, I found the initial setup of Exclaimer to be very easy, which was a huge relief and contributed to a seamless integration into our existing systems. This ease of setup means we could start using the platform quickly without any significant downtime or disruption to our operations.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I occasionally experience errors in Outlook that prevent email signatures from loading, which can disrupt the seamless operation I expect from Exclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to make all business email signatures uniform and easy to control, enhancing professionalism and brand consistency.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Alexander, we're thrilled to hear that you love the control and customization features of Exclaimer, and we appreciate your feedback on the ease of setup. ### 24. Exclaimer Is The Best To Streamlined Internal Communications, Needs Mobile Rendering Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imadah A. | Information Technology Assistant 1, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I enjoy the most about Exclaimer is the ability to use departmental policy targeting and localized internal branding groups. It is incredibly useful for us. We can segment our internal announcements so effectively that, for example, our engineering team gets a subtle banner about new developer productivity tools, while our sales team sees reminders about upcoming regional set meetings. Additionally, it automates our internal PR, saving us hours that would be spent designing. Mapping our active directory using attributes and security groups was surprisingly seamless. We were already synchronizing our directory for external signatures, so creating new internal-only folders and mapping them to our existing staff cohorts took about thirty minutes. This allowed us to roll out our first internal company culture setting campaign by the end of the day.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I dislike the most is with the mobile setting display rendering. The mobile's and HD display rendering on legacy clients can be unpredictable. Some of our internal staff who still use older desktop-heavy email clients occasionally report that the internal banners look misaligned or overly large on their screen. They really need to provide a built-in mobile preview simulator that shows exactly how this specific internal banner will render across a wide range of legacy desktop environments.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solved our internal email noise problem by embedding announcements in email signatures, making them visible without spamming. We avoid the junk folder issue and ensure messages are seen.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your detailed feedback. It's great to hear that Exclaimer has helped you reduce internal email noise and deliver targeted communications with minimal setup effort, and we appreciate your suggestion for improved banner preview capabilities across mobile and legacy email clients.

 ### 25. Exclaimer Is The Perfect Tools To Automates Legal Compliance with Precision, Needs Better Debugging Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grisha A. | Office Support ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The most Valuable Exclaimer's features is the recipient-based conditional logic, routing rules, and regional policy overrides. It is incredibly precise, scanning the metadata of outbound emails in real-time and checking both the sender's Active Directory location and the recipient country domains. It instantly attaches the exact legal disclaimer required for a specific interaction. All of these automations make my daily work easy because they move legal compliance entirely to the background. I don't have to manually check the recipient's country or location, which saves so much time and effort. Configuring the secure server set transport rules and synchronizing our legal department policy text was highly direct. The platform's onboarding configuration wizard secretly established our cloud mail relay connector and validated our inbound SPF authentication keys in under an hour, allowing us to roll out our newly locked-down compliance disclaimer across the entire enterprise by the end of our first week.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I don't like is the exception handling log view and policy troubleshooting debugger. Because it feels very difficult to use. When a complex multi-layered condition rule fails to append a legal disclaimer, or if two overlapping region rules conflict with each other, the system doesn't give you a clear visual breakdown of why a specific policy was bypassed. You are often left sifting through dense logs to reverse engineer the conflicts. They really need to add an interactive step-by-step policy simulator to test whole logic before pushing it live.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for regulatory compliance management in our emails, solving the liability risk of noncompliance and human errors, ensuring dynamic legal disclaimers based on sender and recipient locations.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that Exclaimer's conditional logic, regional policy controls, and compliance automation have helped reduce manual effort and ensure regulatory compliance, and we appreciate your suggestion for more intuitive troubleshooting and policy simulation tools to simplify the management of complex rule configurations.

 ### 26. Exclaimer Is The Best Tools To Automated Campaigns And Simplified Our Email Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agnes A. | Customer Support Assistant 3, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I like about Exclaimer is with their campaign scheduling and automated UTM tracking link generator incredibly well-engineered. It's easy to design a series of seasonal promotional banners, send them to a specific department, and set strict start and expiration times with time stamps for when graphics should appear. These tools have made my daily work easier by automating our entire MSN SEO marketing life cycle. Marketing managers no longer have to urge client-facing teams to swap graphic assets or manually build tracking URLs for different reps. The software appends the correct UTM codes and switches the banners in the background, simplifying our email marketing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think they need to improve some of the native analytic dashboard and conversion reporting. Because I can feel it a bit surface level while their platform does a great job checking to impression and raw true rates across different campaigns, it lacks for deep attribution mapping. If you want to see exactly which specific client account or industries are interacting with your business, you are forced to export the data and post reference it heavily inside Google Analytics or your CRM. I think there really needs to be a deeper native contact-level analytic directly into their campaign dashboard.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer helps solve the issue of expired promotional links and manually updating email signatures. It automates our marketing campaigns by embedding banners in emails, simplifying workflow and ensuring timely updates with features like campaign scheduling and automated UTM tracking.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that campaign scheduling and automated UTM tracking have helped streamline your email marketing workflows, and we appreciate your feedback on analytics and attribution reporting as we continue to enhance the depth and visibility of campaign insights available within the platform.

 ### 27. Exclaimer Provide For Consistent Email Signatures, Integrated Surveys Boost Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imanda I. | Office Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I am enjoy using Exclaimer for its ability to apply a professional signature to every customer-facing email, which is crucial because our company has different departments like storeroom staff, online team, and head office communicating with customers daily. This consistency in email signatures maintains our professional image regardless of the sender. I also really appreciate the customer service satisfaction survey feature inside the signature, which we now use as a standard part of our post-purchase communication. It sits at the bottom of every email sent by our customer service team, and responses come back without the customer needing to open a separate link or fill out a form. We've noticed a higher feedback volume through this channel compared to standard survey tools, and the data integrates smoothly into our team management workflow. Additionally, the setup of Exclaimer was genuinely quick and well guided, especially with Microsoft 365 connections. Even though configuring the customer settings survey took some time, the Exclaimer team was responsive and patient, making the overall experience smooth. Once everything was set up, there wasn't much need for ongoing IT attention, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I think they need to improve is with the HTML embedding limitation. The editor handles step forward Sanity layout well but anything involving customer's facing layout element or specific font rendering requires working around the form. Some of what we wanted to achieve with our brand's guidance guidelines has to be certified because the editor could not replicate it accurately enough.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer ensures email signature consistency across all departments, solving issues with reply and forward changes. It applies signatures at the server level, preventing them from disappearing. The customer service survey feature boosts feedback without extra steps, improving response rates and service quality.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that Exclaimer has helped your teams maintain a professional and consistent customer experience, while also making it easier to collect valuable feedback through signatures, and we truly appreciate your comments on HTML flexibility as we continue to improve the design experience.

 ### 28. Exclaimer Helps To Manage Effortless Email Signature Management, Minor Rule Interface Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kohut L. | Human Resources Support Tier 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The best experience in using Exclaimer's automatic user directory and centralized brand kit management tools as they are incredibly practical. The platform maps directly to our Active Directory and automatically pulls in and sets individual names, titles, and phone numbers onto the master template, which makes my work much easier because I never have to mess with manual template updates. If someone shifts roles, switches departments, or gets a promotion, everything is managed automatically by the system, saving me time and effort. The brand kit's features also allow us to save collections of company logos, social links, and seasonal marketing banners into separate asset groups. This means I can apply a specific asset kit to a department or the entire company with just a couple of clicks, and it updates instantly without bothering employees to update their personal mail client settings. Linking Exclaimer to our main server routing environment was surprisingly direct, and the onboarding safely guided us through setting up the cloud mail connector and syncing our user directory perfectly within an hour, allowing us to roll out our design on the first day without hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think improvement that they need is the conditional rule priority interface. Because it can get pretty confusing when you start managing overlapping department parameters. If you are trying to set up a specific layered hierarchy, like, giving the enterprise sales team a different promotional banner, mid market sales. While also applying a unique localized legal disclaimer based on the country office. Figuring out exactly which rule will override another takes a lot of trial and error.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer to centrally design and manage email signatures, ensuring all emails are professional and compliant with branding. It ends signature drift by automating HTML formatting and handles updates through user directory, saving me time on manual template updates.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your detailed feedback!

We're delighted to hear that Active Directory synchronization, centralized brand management, and automated updates have helped eliminate manual effort and maintain consistent branding across your organization, and we appreciate your suggestions around rule prioritization as we continue to improve the experience for managing complex signature and policy scenarios.

 ### 29. Streamlined Signatures, Brand Consistency Guaranteed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riad D. | Marketing Manager, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I really appreciate how Exclaimer locks in brand consistency across the board. It works great with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, so our contact details update automatically without needing to chase anyone down. The initial setup was quite easy, and I love how it removed the need for manual edits to ensure everyone, even new hires, has accurate, on-brand signatures. This has saved us from the old routine of copy-pasting signature blocks. Deployment was smooth, and since we send out hundreds of emails daily, it definitely earns its keep constantly. The built-in marketing banners are fantastic too; we used them to slip a seasonal promo banner into every signature during a product launch and saw a lot of click-throughs.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I'm splitting hairs, rule management is where it gets fiddly. With several departments each needing their own template, the initial M365 setup demanded real patience. The feature set runs deep, but tracking down a specific option can send you down a rabbit hole. And because we lean on it day in, day out, one misconfigured rule shows up in live emails before you can blink. A cleaner search function within the rules panel would go a long way, so you're not digging through menus to find one setting. A visual rule-builder or a way to preview which template applies to which group before going live would also save us from catching errors in already-sent emails.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solved our unprofessional signature issue by automatically applying the right templates across teams, ensuring brand consistency and removing manual edits. It integrates with Microsoft 365 to update contact details automatically and includes marketing banners for promotions.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for the detailed review — automatic updates via Azure AD and those seasonal promo banners driving click-throughs are exactly the kind of impact we love to hear about! Your feedback on rule management and template previewing is really valuable, and it's the kind of input that helps us improve. We're always here if you need a hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 30. It's effective way to maintain corporate email identity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Usine D. | Brand identity manager, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Professional email signatures are effortlessly created on all company devices. Every user gets consistent branding without manual configuration or local machine updates. Rapid deployment of marketing banners directly into the outgoing messages by template management.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Bulk template synchronization events are slow on the administrative panel. Testing new signature layouts is a lot of steps before it's pushed live. Custom fonts are a time-consuming task with occasional unpredictable font display issues.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem with email signatures not being compliant with a variety of mobile operating systems and our branding team had a lot of trouble. This software imposes a corporate identity on each and every outbound message. Centralized control removes the need for IT intervention in the employee onboarding process. The visual consistency of all the communications with our clients is now impeccable, worldwide.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Usine, thanks for leaving your feedback!

Love hearing that consistent branding is now rolling out effortlessly across every device and new hire! We hear you on the sync speeds and font handling. We're here if you need anything: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 31. Exclaimer Transformed Our Email Signatures into a Powerful Marketing Channel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Environmental Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer has really helped our small business to utilise our email signatures, opening them up as another aspect of our marketing campaigns.

As a small business, we really appreciated how easy the setup and onboarding process was. It was quick and easy to get going. The support from Exclaimer was also exceptional; they responded in a timely and professional manner and were more than happy to jump on a call with us to answer any questions we had.

Creating our first signature was a breeze. The UI is simple to use with plenty of options. We were able to use one of the prebuilt templates to start with, adapting it to include our brand logo, colours, and styles.

As a software and geospatial provider, we run several teams. Exclaimer helps us personalise signatures for each team, providing a more tailored experience for our colleagues and customers. For example, signatures for our software team can now include links for contacting support, while our sales team use the Calendly integration to enable clients to easily schedule demos or calls.

The ability to create separate signatures for different teams and departments is a real lifesaver and has saved us from trying to create one signature that pleases everyone. Exclaimer makes the process simple with its simple-rules workflow, enabling you to choose who receives which signature and when. This has been an especially helpful feature for us.

Exclaimer has also helped us to meet our compliance needs. Before Exclaimer, this was an issue because individuals would change their signatures outside brand guidelines. Now we can meet our compliance needs and ensure a consistent brand message across all our signatures.

The email signature tester is also a super helpful feature, as it lets you preview how an individual user's signature will look before publishing. This has helped us to identify users whose personal information, such as job titles, needs updating.

We have set up both server-side and client-side signatures to give us peace of mind that our signatures will always perform as expected. The server-side ensures that signatures are always sent as expected. This has been useful for us with colleagues who work on customer hardware and can't enable client-side signatures. For colleagues working on our own hardware, client-side signatures allow each user to select from a range of signature options we have provided.

Finally, the range of pricing options and seat options was perfect for our business. We found a seat number that met our needs, and the price was very competitive compared to other signature providers. Overall, the price of Exclaimer and the way it has transformed our email signatures make this a must-recommended product for any small or medium-sized business.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

To be honest, we haven't experienced many, if any, downsides to Exclaimer. The only slight issue we had was the sheer number of help guides Exclaimer offers; sometimes it was hard to find the one relevant to us. But that is where we found their support really useful, as they were always there to point us in the right direction.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer has helped us to solve a couple of problems we were experiencing.

Firstly, we were experiencing compliance issues. It was hard, if not impossible, to ensure that all colleagues used the same email signatures and followed our brand guidelines. At one point, there were multiple different versions of our signature in use, and it wasn't clear which was the official version. Exclaimer solved this, ensuring that colleagues can no longer edit the appearance of their signatures, helping us address a key compliance issue.

Secondly, we have several teams that serve different products and client needs. Creating a catch-all signature that met everyone's needs was not easy. Exclaimer has allowed us to create personalised signatures for departments and individuals that meet their specific requirements.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your positive experience with Exclaimer!

We're glad to hear that our software has helped you utilize email signatures as a powerful marketing channel and create personalized signatures for different teams and departments. We appreciate your feedback on the ease of setup, the exceptional support, and the helpful features such as the email signature tester. We're committed to providing valuable solutions for businesses like yours, and we're thrilled to have been able to meet your needs!

 ### 32. Exclaimer Is Providing Tools To Simplifies Email Signatures, But Needs a Reliable Editor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge M. | Senior security analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like how the Google Analytics integration for the campaign banners in Exclaimer. Our marketing teams are excited about it and actually use it properly. It allows us to see how many people click through from email signatures compared to other channels, which helps us determine if a campaign is worth running and what messaging gets engagement. It's a small detail, but having click data on signatures is something we never had before, and it has changed how our marketing team thinks about email as a channel.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I dislike that the editor has occasional bugs where changes do not save correctly the first time. It doesn't happen constantly, but when it does, you end up redoing work you thought was already done, which is quite frustrating. A couple of times, I had to reboot the initial session from scratch because the save appeared to go through, but the change was not actually applied. The rule system is not immediately obvious when multiple conditions apply to the same user. We had a few signatures show up incorrectly in the first week because two rules were conflicting with each other, requiring prior planning to avoid these conflicts.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer automatically standardizes email signatures across all devices, solving inconsistent layouts and ensuring updates like job titles are always correct. It integrates with Google Analytics, letting us track campaign banner clicks and refine marketing strategies.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

We’re glad the Google Analytics integration is helping your marketing team better understand engagement and refine campaign performance. We also appreciate your feedback on the editor stability and rule conflicts. If you need support, our team is here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 33. Exclaimer Is Great For Consistent Signatures, Great Personalization, but Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aslam H. | IT Support Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I am really happy with my experience using Exclaimer's user personalization features, which strike a good balance for us. We have locked down central elements like the logo, font, and disclaimer, but individual staff can still personalize their signatures by adding their direct phone numbers and preferred pronouns through a self-service portal. This offers a level of control that prevents people from feeling like robots, which has turned out to be an even better experience than I expected. Another feature I find genuinely useful is the signature preview inside the admin console, where I can see exactly how the signature will look for specific individuals or departments before making any live changes.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think the pricing model charges per mailbox and shared mailboxes currently the same as the mailboxes. We have several shared inboxes for things like info, ad, or support, and paying the same rate for those as for actual staff accounts feels like it adds up unfairly. For smaller companies, this gets noticeable on their monthly bill pretty quickly.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer ensures consistent email signatures across all devices, eliminating the mess of varied signatures and unnoticed issues like outdated job titles or personal emails.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience with Exclaimer!

We’re glad to hear the personalization features and signature preview work well for you. We also appreciate your feedback on pricing for shared mailboxes — this is valuable input. If you ever need assistance, our support team is here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 34. Effortless Centralized Email Signature Updates Across Every Device

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dev P. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

For me the centralization of how I can update signatures is my favorite feature. I used to spend hours trying to get everybody updated when we would make changes to our logo or phone number and then people would still have the old version in their email for months after the change. Now, I only have to make the one change and it gets pushed out to everybody (mobile included), which was something I did not anticipate working as well as it does.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The visual editor works okay, however sometimes the space between items can behave strangely and you may have to go into the html directly to fix it (at least there is an option to do this). Oh, and the admin panel could use labels for a couple things I spent a little too long looking for the stats on my campaigns.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, our emails were unprofessional. With the use of this product, every email sent from the company now contains the correct information, branding, and any necessary legal disclaimers. Additionally, we use this product to send seasonal campaigns; therefore, the banners for these campaigns can be changed without requiring manual intervention from any of the employees. It simply runs.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Dev, it's great to hear that Exclaimer has helped to ensure professional and consistent email communication for your company. We're committed to providing a solution that simplifies email signature management and campaign updates, and we appreciate your business.

We hear you about the visual editor and admin panel. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb.

 ### 35. Centralized Email Signature Solution Boosts Compliance and Efficiency Is Exclaimer Best Strength

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamzah A. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I am really happy with the scheduling feature of Exclaimer, which is incredibly useful. I can set promotional banners to go live on specific dates and have them switch off automatically when the campaign ends. It simplifies the process because I don’t need to remember to send reminders or manually switch it off. It's really simple to use and saves a lot of time for everyone. The ability to automatically switch between campaign texts is really valuable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

A small number of our emails started landing in the spam folder after we set up the disclaimer. It took some troubleshooting to figure out it was related to how emails were being routed through their servers. The fix was not complicated once we understood what was happening, but the documentation on this specific issue was not very clear and we had to lean on support to sort it out.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer standardizes our email signatures and automates disclaimer text across devices, saving us time and ensuring compliance effortlessly.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for leaving this feedback!

We’re glad the scheduling feature is helping you automate campaigns and save time with effortless start and end dates.
Glad to hear our Support team resolve the Spam issue for you. If you ever need support, we’re here to help: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 36. Simple Centralized Email Signatures with Powerful Dynamic Content Rules

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Brand compliance and dynamic content manager, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The email signature management is simple and we manage all of it from one central dashboard, including logos, disclaimers, social links, no more having to chase employees to update their signatures manually. The dynamic content rules are a highlight, signatures automatically change according to the sender's role, department or even marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It's often a bit tricky to set up complex rules (such as conditional signatures based on AD attributes) and we required some support to fine-tune a couple of workflows. Another pricing surprise during scaling is that the pricing model takes a big leap as number of users increase.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old email signatures were a disaster before Exclaimer - some had the old logos, others didn't have disclaimers and marketing campaigns had to be updated manually for many employees. Now, all emails are on-brand and compliant, and it's not a problem for our team. When we re-branded last year, for example, it didn't take weeks, it took minutes. Dynamic rules also customize communication. Support teams have links to support, executives have leadership bios.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience with Exclaimer!

Glad to hear the centralized dashboard and dynamic content rules are helping you keep signatures consistent and adaptable across roles and campaigns. We also appreciate your honest feedback on the complexity of advanced rule setup and pricing as you scale . If you ever need assistance, our support team is always here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 37. Exclaimer: Effortless Signature Management, Needs Better Navigation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jalal A. | Human Resource Manager 3, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I am happy with tools by Exclaimer's server-side signature rule simulation tester. It's extremely valuable for our operations, especially when implementing new layout updates for thousands of remote workers. The tool allows me to plug in sender and recipient addresses in the Dashboard Simulator to verify exactly which rules and social media links will apply to a specific message part, preventing messy formatting mistakes. Plus, the results are live, so I don't have to click save and view designs through a separate process. I can view changes in real time, which means I can automatically preview the design before saving anything. The ease of connecting the application to our Microsoft Intra IB Cloud architecture is another plus. It securely authenticates with our user directories, allowing the system administrator to pull clean user data attributes straight into email headers without writing any database query strings.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I think improvement that they need is the dashboard main menu navigation. Because the structure is quite repetitive if you need to make a fast layer edit across several distinct region. The interface will forces you to click all the way back out to the master setting page to select the next directory cluster. They need to be cleaner and improve that navigation menu to make the navigation easier.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer automatically updates employee contact details, resolving internal directory issues without manual edits. It fixes dark mode inversion contrast issues so emails stay readable across themes.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback on Exclaimer!

We’re glad to hear the rule simulation tester and real-time preview are helping you confidently manage signature updates across large, distributed teams. We also appreciate your comments on dashboard navigation. If you ever need support or guidance, we’re here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 38. Easy Holiday & Vacation Scheduling with Flexible Signature Configuration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The scheduling interface makes it simple to handle holiday notification or even user specific vacation notifications which has been nice.

I love that when I make a change it can be instantly pushed to all the users with the click of a button. Or if I forget the system will take care of it for me.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Sometimes I don't find the signature configuator to be very intuitive. Now that I it figured out it isn't bad but originally it was difficult to figure out sizes of graphics to make sure they looked good on both phones, tablets, and PCs.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly it give us a consistent look across company email which we didn't have. The idea of banners wasn't even on our radar but we love them so we can make sure information is passed on to our customer or vendors without relying on employees to do it.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

We’re glad to hear that the scheduling features and automatic signature updates are helping you manage holiday notifications and keep your company’s email branding consistent.
We also appreciate your feedback on the signature configurator. If you ever need any guidance, our support team is always happy to help: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 39. Transforms Email Signatures into Seamless Branding Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regia E. | Marketing and Sales Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like how Exclaimer solves signature chaos and ensures consistent branding across every device. The ability to turn each outbound email into a measurable marketing channel I can actually report on is a big plus for me. I love that it wiped out the branding inconsistency and handles email signatures effortlessly. The Azure AD integration ensures every signature remains consistent, even when sent from mobile devices. The drag-and-drop designer is fantastic; I could build our entire Q4 campaign banner without any HTML knowledge. The scheduled campaigns feature is incredibly useful for time-sensitive promotions as it allows me to automate the rollout and retirement of promo banners. Additionally, the setup was easy and took only 2 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There's a noticeable lag between hitting 'publish' and seeing changes go live. Preview mode can be hit-or-miss too. Outlook desktop occasionally renders things differently, so I run manual tests before any major push. Tightening up the sync speed and making preview mode pixel-accurate with Outlook desktop would be a huge win.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer solves signature chaos by ensuring consistent branding and turns emails into measurable marketing channels. It handles email signatures, syncs with Azure AD for consistency, and lets me build campaigns without HTML. Scheduled campaigns automate timing, making promotion effortless.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this!

 ### 40. Easy, Consistent Email Signatures Across the Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrzej M. | Marketing Manager, Machinery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I enjoy that Exclaimer email signature has made it easier to maintain consistency of email signatures throughout the organization. This helps to save some of the back and forth as people don't have to maintain their own signatures. The templates are useful when you wish all the members to look the same.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The whole setup might be a bit confusing if you don't use such a tool before. There are some settings that are not completely straightforward and may take a bit of time to determine why a signature appears in a certain manner.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer addresses the issue of disjointed or inaccurate email signatures in an organization. It will help you to get emails to look more uniform without having to have each person customize their signature. This will save the admin and email senders a lot of time.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted that Exclaimer has helped you achieve consistent, centrally managed email signatures while saving time for both administrators and employees, and we appreciate your comments about the initial setup experience as we continue working to make configuration more intuitive.

 ### 41. From 50 different signature formats to one branded template

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard C. | Regulatory Compliance Officer, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The centralized signature management is a game changer, no more running around to change the signatures in Outlook and no more inconsistent logo usage throughout the company! I really like the idea of dynamic fields as we can have job titles, phone numbers and even promotional banners pulled from Active Directory so they can be kept up to date without having to do it manually.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Setting up the initial configuration may be somewhat involved, if you aren't familiar with Exchange or Office 365 admin centers, you may need IT support to get the system set up correctly. I have also seen a few laggy instances (5-10 minutes) when updating all users, which is problematic if you need to deploy a change that needs to happen at a time.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our email signatures were a free for all, some included old logos, others did not contain compliance disclaimers, and half the team did not include contact information. Now, all our emails sent from our domain are professional, on brand and legally compliant without the involvement of our employees. For instance, when we rebranded last year, we changed all 200+ signatures, and didn't have to send reminders for weeks.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave this!
Really glad to hear that dynamic fields pulling job titles, phone numbers, and banners straight from Active Directory are keeping everything up to date without any manual effort. We hear you on the initial setup complexity and sync lag — that feedback helps us improve. ### 42. Perfect Software For Effortless Compliance with Dynamic Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wenzel M. | IT Manager Assistant 2, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

What I love is Exclaimer's role-based, dynamic banners, which make my work easier because I can design a single master template, and the system automatically updates the graphics and content based on the visitor's location. This helps us comply with local laws while showing relevant information like recruiting links or a calendar booking link for sales. It saves me time since I don't have to constantly edit the template for different locations. The mail flow rule implementation setup is exceptionally fast, taking less than fifty minutes in our cloud admin portal, and it routes mail through disclaimers instantly without causing latency or disruptions.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Some of my user experience drawback is with the local preview testing mechanism. It can be unreliable because, occasionally, an issue renders perfectly in the disclaimer admin web preview but looks slightly skewed when actually received in a specific version of desktop.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer face issues with jurisdictional liability risks as Exclaimer automatically detects recipient domains and appends legally binding content to emails. It enforces compliance and tailors content based on location, which greatly simplifies my work.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Wenzel, thanks for taking the time to leave this!

Really glad to hear that role-based dynamic banners are automatically handling local compliance and relevant content without you having to edit templates for every location. We hear you on the preview reliability.
If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 43. Centralized Email Signatures That Keep Our Branding Consistent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DeeAnna H. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Honestly the only real value I get from this system is knowing that employees don't have to be contacted by me to update their signatures. Everything can be managed from one central location and it’s easy to make sure everything looks consistent. I manage over 200 employee signatures and prior to implementing this program, our signatures were a mess (outdated logos, people simply type whatever they want into their signature, etc.) . Now it’s all controlled from one central location and it finally looks somewhat consistent. The templates aren’t bad and the set up wasn’t bad either once I passed the initial Google Workspace setup process which took a couple of minutes to complete (no lie).

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Customizing the signatures will eventually reach a plateau and you’ll probably hit it sooner rather than later. For example, if someone on the sales team wants to add an award icon or a professional certification to their signature, forget about it. There isn’t a happy medium between “everybody gets the same thing” and “complete chaos.” Also, I found out after I signed-up that it’s only available as an annual subscription plan. It would’ve been great to find that out before signing up so I could test it for a month before deciding to sign up. That’s a minor thing but still aggravating.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In essence, we didn’t have much control over how our employees’ email signatures looked and it showed. Clients were receiving emails from the same company, however, they appeared to come from five different locations. This program solves that problem by giving us total control over how our employees’ email signatures look -- one administrator, one template and one standard email signature go out on every email. We don’t have to worry about it. That’s the entire purpose of this program and it works.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi DeeAnna, thank you for sharing how Exclaimer has solved the problem of inconsistent email signatures and provided you with total control over your employees' email signatures.
We understand your feedback about customization options and the subscription plan, and we will use this to continue improving our service.

 ### 44. Exclaimer Is Effortless Brand Consistency, Needs UI Polish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arikas Z. | Support System Tier ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

There is several tools and features that I love from Exclaimer, especially its direct directory synchronization, which is very efficient and significantly simplifies my work. It allows me to design just one master template, and the system automatically pulls specific names, job titles, and phone extensions for each employee directly from our Microsoft Intra ID in real-time. This means I don't have to manually select and edit every employee's details, saving me a lot of time and effort. Setting up Exclaimer with Microsoft 365 transport rules was surprisingly easy thanks to the automated process. The guided wizard managed the complex mail flow routing in less than thirty minutes, enabling us to push global branding updates to over 200 users without needing to touch their computer system.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

They really need to improve their UI. The signature designer, CSS rendering, is quite finicky. I would love to see more preview tools that show exactly how signatures will look in various versions of Outlook for Mac. Certain background colors can shift unexpectedly when recipients have their system setting toggled to dark mode.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Exclaimer for consistent email branding across devices, solving mobile formatting issues. It simplifies my work with direct directory synchronization, which auto-fills employee details from our Microsoft ID, saving me time on manual edits.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for your feedback!

It’s great to hear the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) sync and setup wizard helped you roll out consistent branding quickly across your organisation without manual effort. I also appreciate your honest comments on the signature designer and preview differences across Outlook and dark mode, that’s helpful.

 ### 45. Effortless Signature Management That Keeps Our Team Unified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean J. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The convenience of not needing to manage signatures for individual users helps us to keep all staff on a unified design and saves us time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I have no problems with the system. All features work as expected and pricing is reasonable.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all staff on a unified design has helped to ensure all staff present the correct company name, address, phone number and email address details. Whenever we needed to change a details we would have to manually update every users signature individually. This has saved us a lot of time in admin.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Dean!
Thanks for taking the time to leave this. Really glad to hear that our service saves time and effort for you. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, our support team is always on hand: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 46. Easy to Apply Signatures for Entire Company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** C S. | Executive Assistant to CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The new interface for Exclaimer is still very user friendly. We have many different styles of signatures for different roles within our company and they are easy to keep separate.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Finding the area to apply a photo to a user is more difficult than it should be, there is no clear way to access it. In order to find the area our Team had to send in a help ticket.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple different signature styles that are required throughout the company and Exclaimer makes it easy to keep them all organized as well as make modifications whenever needed.

**Official Response from Sarah Guilfoyle:**

> Thank you for leaving us this fantastic review, we are delighted that you are so happy with Exclaimer and that its meeting your requirements for different signature styles across your business. I shall pass your comments onto the development team and if you have any further suggestions or questions please do not hesitate to reach out

 ### 47. Transformed Our Email Signature Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Remzi M. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I appreciate that there's no more need for stale signature data, and the Workday syncing means I'm not chasing HR for org changes. The meeting branding has genuinely elevated how we show up to prospects, especially during our Q4 client roadshow with cohesive virtual backgrounds, which was great for our sales and marketing department. The Workday integration is a big plus since titles update overnight with no need for IT intervention. Also, the SSO-enabled registration flow saved us roughly a day of onboarding headaches, which was very helpful. Employee data updates flow automatically into signatures, saving me hours every month.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The mobile view. Desktop is polished to a tee, but editing a signature template from my phone on the run is terrible. Most of the time on mobile, I'm not redesigning a template - I'm fixing a typo, swapping a campaign banner, or updating a disclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer eliminates email signature chaos, syncing with Workday to update titles overnight, saving me from HR and IT requests. It enhances meeting branding, presenting a professional image to prospects and simplifying onboarding with SSO.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback on Exclaimer!

We’re glad Workday syncing and SSO are helping streamline onboarding and keep employee data automatically up to date. We also appreciate your comments on mobile editing. If you need support, we’re here: https://support.exclaimer.com/hc/en-gb

 ### 48. Fantastic Service - Still loving the product!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh L. | Helpdesk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I still find that Exclaimer is a brilliant product to use and support, they're constantly updating the UI and making it much more user friendly. It's so easy to get stuck in with both amending an existing signature or creating a new one from scratch! Can't think of a time where it's caused us any serious headaches - Exclaimer support are also brilliant at notifying us when outages are in place.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

We're an MSP, so deal with many clients, my only real bug-bear at the moment is when providing access to other colleagues. I need to go through and add each individual email address which can be time consuming, it would be great to give 'top level' access to all clients rather than assigning individually.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being able to connect within Office365 - Was all resolved

**Official Response from David Willis:**

> Hi Josh,

Thank you for providing us with a review. We're glad you find our solution easy to use.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some formatting issues. Please do reach out to our Support team if you have not already done so. They will be able to look into this for you.

All the best,

 ### 49. Flexible, Reliable Signature Management with a Polished Drag-and-Drop Editor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renato L. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I love how quickly changes can be implemented. Its flexibility and intuitive signature management are a huge help, and it has proven to be a reliable, efficient solution for ensuring all our users receive a signature. The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward to use and produces a signature that looks polished and professional.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The email signature editor can feel a bit complicated to use, and I’d really like an option that offers a more modern look. Also, there may be occasional service interruptions from time to time.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a very comprehensive solution for managing email signatures, and it helped me standardize a new signature easily. It gives me a single place to manage signatures and supports dynamic signature generation. Overall, it makes it much easier to manage email signatures at scale.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Renato, thanks for sharing your feedback!
We're pleased to hear that Exclaimer has helped you standardize and centrally manage email signatures at scale, and we appreciate your comments on the editor experience and design options, we'll consider them as we continue to improve the platform.

 ### 50. Exclaimer works great for our email system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The microsoft integration was easy to implement and had the add-on automatically show up in outlook for each user. The fields synced directly from azure ad, therefore once hr changes someone's title, it flows through without my having to do anything. The knowledge base is also full of actual examples instead of just telling you to "set-up your configuration" which is nice when you're stuck.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

While Rules have priority, they don’t have a preview or simulation capability. It can be pretty stressful trying to manage 15 rules because, although you’re trying to avoid clicking incorrectly, you’re at risk of sending out something to 300 people by mistake. It would be nice to see “If I click this, 47 people will be affected” prior to committing it.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use an old on-site application that required an agent on each computer and took 2 hours to sync. We now use cloud-based and the applications update in seconds. we are finally able to create mobile signatures as well which we were unable to do previously. The click rate statistics for banner advertisements are providing us information as to whether email may be more beneficial than just posting to LinkedIn.

**Official Response from Annabelle Dragoslav:**

> Hi Nikolay, we're glad to hear that Exclaimer has been a great addition to your email system and that the Microsoft integration and Azure AD syncing have been beneficial for your organization.

We appreciate your feedback on the lack of preview or simulation capability for rules and will share this with our development team for future improvements. It's great to hear that Exclaimer has helped to solve the issues with the old on-site application and has provided faster syncing and mobile signature capabilities.
