**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

This tool is extremely easy to use and has greatly simplified our signature management process. Its integration with Azure AD makes handling leavers, new starters, and marketing updates straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The separate billing portal can be frustrating at times, especially when I just want to quickly add more licenses and have trouble finding where to do it.

It’s not built for a reseller to use and ma manage. Too many clicks, navigation is clunky. Managing user permissions for customers is long winded. 

Also from a single user perspective it doesn’t handle images very well, they become over sized when moving between mail recipients. Also in the design aspect changing colour of text, particularly links is hit and miss.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The ability to sync into the company domain make it simple to assign users certain signatures with groups instead of one by one and the 365 cloud add on makes it easy to get the program to every user with no fuss and it can be used across multiple devices without issue. The cloud app makes it easy to implement mass signature changes at the press of a button and the customer support was helpful in getting the switch from the system app to cloud app.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The editor can be very finnicky when trying to use multiple fonts or text colors/sizes in the same text box and I routinely had issues with it applying the change to the entire text box or nothing, even with highlighting or making the change before typing the different part.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users setting their own signature that don't match our new style became a big problem at the time of the switch, exclaimer made it so we can control those signatures without them being able to change it.

Exclaimer makes it really easy to keep our signatures consistent across the whole company. Once the template is built, updates are handled centrally, which saves a lot of time and removes the risk of users editing their own signatures.

The UI can feel a bit limited at times, especially when trying to lock elements or handle more advanced formatting.

The way you can centralise signatures based on individuals or groups. It added a corporate finish to our Emails. It's ease of use and how quick it was to implement and make changes afterwards. The support has been excellent, they have always showed me where I was going wrong quickly and effectively. It works so well on both our Office 365 and mobile devices, integration was simple it is something we use on a regular basis to standardise our signatures

Nothing really, everything just works out of the box.

The solution allows us to create standardized email signatures that were reliant on staff to create themselves, which was not always forthcoming and they differed between users.

I really like how Exclaimer centralizes all our email signatures in one spot. Our company branding now looks perfectly consistent across every single email we send out. Updating signatures for a new hire or a department change takes just minutes instead of hours. The ability to dynamically add marketing banners or legal disclaimers based on user groups is incredibly useful for us.

Sometimes the initial setup can be a bit more involved than anticipated, especially for specific user group rules. Creating truly custom and complex signature designs can feel a little restrictive at times. Also, the pricing structure might be a bit steep for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

Once we understand the tool, implementation is pretty straight forward.

Some features aren’t very intuitive, and when an error occurs it’s hard to understand why. We had to open a support ticket to figure out an issue that wasn’t visible in our client interface.

The facility with which new signatures can be added, modified, assigned or restricted for certain users. 

The way it integrates with both Microsoft and Google without the need of excessive administrative access makes deployment fast and easy.

Support is SUPER responsive and always takes time to understand the issue before just giving a generic solution.

The preview version vs the real deployment varies a bit.

It took a bit of back and forth with their support team to implement it, but once set up we haven't had any issues at all. It's fairly straightforward to make attractive graphics, and applying them to users is robust. Being able to update signatures for a limited time to advertise an event, etc. is a godsend for us in the marketing department.

Exclaimer has made deploying and managing employee email signatures very easy. We previously struggled with updating email signatures across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, but Exclaimer handles this automatically with ease. We integrated Exclaimer with our email system, created email templates, and deployed signatures to our employees within the same day. We got assistance from the customer support team to create our signature templates based on our existing signatures which eased the transition time. All signatures from our employees are now consistent and branded as expected for every email. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The admin UI is a bit clunky to navigate and find what you need, Exclaimer has made a handful of updates to the UI recently which hasn't helped. Editing and saving signature templates is also a bit unintuitive - I'm never quite sure if I have saved my changes or not.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with maintaining consistent signatures for our employees and required individuals to make updates manually. This never went well and we always had some people that were difficult to work with. Exclaimer has completely solved this issue - signatures are managed centrally and then appended automatically on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. We can deploy updates or changes on the backend without any employee manual intervention.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

We've been using Exclaimer for nearly 10 years now, from Exchange On-Premise to Office 365 and it never fails on what it is supposed to do. From the ease of setting up basic signatures, to filtering down to specific senders and groups, it works flawlessly. The integration to On-Premise and the simplicity of setting it up in Office 365 was a breeze. To have total control of the identity of our company via email is the most important aspect for us choosing Exclaimer and I can see us continuing using it many years to come.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only downside I would say to Exclaimer is the trying to design more complex signatures, especially with a lot of styling. If they had a full HTML editor, this would make the job a lot easier.

As mentioned, it is having complete control on the company identity as before we had Exclaimer, everyone's signature was different, with colours and fonts, there was no unity. Now we have a uniform presence in our signatures which reflects the company image.

The support is fantastic! It is easy for anyone when things are going well but... companies prove their worth when things go wrong. The team at Exclaimer are attentive and knowledgeable plus are quick at resolving issues.<br><br>The deployment of signatures is easy and our clients love them! It has been a nice offering to include in our bundled services which has received great feedback from our team and clients alike! The ease of integration is seamless, just link it to the MSFT tenant and away you go!

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There is much to dislike as it generally does what it sets out to do. The only downside we have noticed is that it can be clunky to get setup in respect of designing the email signature. The contact fields are not always intuitive, for example, it doesn't always pull the user's mobile and office number from the contact section of M365.<br><br>The good however, far outweighs the negative.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exclaimer provides us and our clients with consistency, as we can deploy signatures within seconds. We also love that we can create different signatures on a per user and department basis. It is also benefiting us as an upselling method as many of our clients love what Exclaimer does. For example, our clients who host special offers throughout the year love that we can do time signatures to promote their offers.

We have been using Exclaimer for over 10 years.  We started with our on prem exchange and then moved it when we converted to Office365.   Rock solid product and the move from On-prem to Online was not difficult at all.  Any time we have an issue, support is great and works with us very quickly to rectify.  We use the product every day as it is integral in adding our signatures to our emails.

I like the flexibility of signature fields and compatible email systems. The implementation and integrations process is quite easy. Our staff find it easy to use and customer support has been helpful the few times we've had to reach out.

The biggest complaint I have about Exclaimer is how buggy the design interface can be. Sometimes you have to edit something 3 or 4 times before it finally sticks. The only solution I've found is to completely log out of Exclaimer, sign back in, and it tends to behave again for a short period of time before you have to do it again. Otherwise, once the signatures are set, the product generally just works!

Easy to setup, manage and allows for different parts of the business to have different signatures. On the rare occasions I've contacted customer service they've helped me trouble shoot issues - which have invariably been my fault. We use it for all parts of the business for all outgoing email and it works seamlessly. as the business grows are licenses are automatically expanded which saves having to remember to add licenses.

The most helpful features of Exclaimer are the abilities to integrate with M365 and provide an easy way to implement signatures company-wide. The admin platform is easy to use, allows access to fast customer support and gives you the ability to frequently and quickly use the platform to make changes for your company.

There can be issues with different versions of Outlook where it will cause the signature service to not operate properly or will cause the signature to not appear as it's meant to.

The ease of deployment with the M365 tenant, particularly with the tools to build transport rules and connectors. The deployment of signature both in the cloud and to applications is also seamless.

The designer is still a little lacking and not the easiest to get to grips with. It is better than earlier iterations for the on-prem edition, but it could be more intuitive in assisting in the creation of signature.

Managing signatures for email in an organisation our size without a central management tool is very difficult. Exclaimer allows us to create signatures across the board in minutes and easily add custom bespoke signatures for people or departments on demand. We aren't left with an onerous task if changes are needed, such as adding things for marketing campaigns or holidays.

The best bit about exclaimer is that you can setup the signatures exactly as you want & link them through groups even if your AD is on premise. The management portal is easy to use & the cost is very reasonable. Support has always been attentive & have resolved any issues quickly.

We have not found many issues with Exclaimer, the worse is probably around invoicing when using purchase orders.

I have recently found Exclaimer info on G2, as I discovered Gohighlevel SAAS from G2 and I benefit from 14 days free. And I like Exclaimer because of the ease of integrating my pro email and pro signature with Google Workspace.

I don't like that it does not have monthly billing, I understand it's cheap, but I wanted to try it for free and then I had to pay for a year. It would be better to set the standard for monthly subscriptions at $4/month, which is also cheap and doable, cheaper than a coffee.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer is extremely straightforward to manage from an administrative perspective. It offers complete control over email signatures without any unnecessary complications.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Genuinely haven't found any issues with the product.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary use case is managing signatures to ensure they remain consistent throughout the business and always reflect our brand.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The ease of use is a massive asset. It can be setup by one person, but another person can take over very quickly. I had it setup in about five minutes and then we were off and running.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There really is not a downside to Exclaimer.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have setup standard signatures for our company and all emails are easily recognizable as coming from our company.

I also love having Holiday signatures to alert recipients as to the upcoming schedules.
