What do you dislike about Excede?

Lacks basic functions for anybody that isn't a corporately owned dealership. Such as quantity in bins. No integrated cross referencing only "substitutions". there's so many extra steps involved to do basic things other programs do in a couple of clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Excede?

I really like Excede's structure and function. Unlike other DMS environments, Excede is fully Windows GUI based with a SQL backend. The interface is very similar to Windows Explorer with it's folder-type structure. They put a lot of focus on their customers' needs and the true functionality of the software. Even though their company is small, they put a ton of time into development and application functionality. Price point for the product is good based on the ROI. What do you dislike about Excede?

Sometimes their development team is slow to implement fixes. This could be improved with more development staff. Their after-hours cost is quite pricey, but even with the cost it's nice to have someone available if you need them. They do a lot of hands-off which I would prefer more assisted and hands-on.
