The website makes you click too many places. You can't just click the course and go right into it. Plus, you do not have the ability to transfer assignments to another course. I hate having to recreate assignments every semester. There is a little bit of a learning curve to creating assignments, and it can be a little glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can track who trained and how much time he/she used to use to train. It is a good feature that you can filter how much percent do the training. Unfortunately I do not know competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like multfilm alike trainings but it can be corrected. Also it is a little bit hard to find who trained and who not. it will be better for agents to see what has to be done and to have some reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
