Context matters: our plans are not simple flat-rate designs - tiered accelerators, overrides, draw recovery, multi-component plans with payout floors, and multi-currency rate tables with region-specific thresholds. Everstage models all of it without forcing us into spreadsheet side-cars, which was the bar. What I like best: Plan flexibility. Tiered accelerators, payout floors, component-weighted plans, and currency-specific rate tables all configure natively. Mid-year plan changes have been config exercises, not rebuilds. Implementation was smooth - we were calculating live on complex plan designs without the drawn-out configuration cycles we'd braced for coming off a legacy ICM. Product direction. We're now rolling out territories in Everstage, and the trajectory toward an all-in-one platform - quota setting to territory carving to ICM - is the right one. I really like it because it’s easy to navigate, which makes managing my sales commissions straightforward and stress-free. The accuracy of the calculations is spot on, so I always feel confident that everything is being handled correctly. It’s clear the platform was designed with the user in mind, offering a seamless experience that genuinely helps simplify the commission management process.
