Our comprehensive software is user-friendly and offers dedicated support through every event whether you are a first-time host or a seasoned planner. Present sessions, host exhibitors, sponsors and attendees, and keep track of all analytics, including CE and CME hours all on one easy-to-use system. Host conferences, trade shows, webinars and more with Event Owl at a budget that will work for any business size on our website and mobile app platforms. ## Event Owl Reviews ### 1. Great Partner for Virtual/Hybrid Conferences **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alyssa G. | Director of Communications and Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2021 **What do you like best about Event Owl?** We signed up for Event Owl, planning only to use it for one virtual event, but ended up running about 20 virtual/blended conferences. It was one of the few platforms that offered unlimited events. They were also very hands-on during the conference, with tech support both for staff and our attendees. The ability to control access to sessions (user login) was another selling point. This virtual event platform makes attendance tracking hands-off for our staff and puts the attendees in charge of their attendance documentation. After the conference is over, attendees can download their certificate of participation. There are also plenty of opportunities to recognize sponsors. The leaderboard feature is a great way to encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths, enter codes, and complete surveys. **What do you dislike about Event Owl?** I wish there were more features available for networking opportunities, and I wish the Zoom redirector worked better for people who don't have the Zoom desktop app. Setup left a lot to the imagination, so some templates and built-in editors would be nice. Setting up a virtual exhibit hall was challenging as some features made sense for in-person events rather than virtual. The mobile app doesn't offer the same functionality as the website, and the website only works correctly on certain devices. Screen resolution also plays a factor in a user's experience. **Recommendations to others considering Event Owl:** Be sure to map out what type of experience you want to offer your attendees, then ask how to accomplish that in the demo. Don't get lost in all the bells and whistles. Make sure you cover the bases you need to cover before focusing on the extras. **What problems is Event Owl solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to deliver a virtual event experience rather than just a virtual event. As an organization that prides itself on its professional development offerings, we needed to have more than just good content.
