**What do you like best about EVA-SSESS?**

Allows us to do initial screening for the shortlisted candidates by inviting them to submit thei answers to a set of questions in a video form. It provides the different stakeholders visitbility on the candidates' performance.
eva-ssess generates personality reports that gives us insights about candidate before meeting them in person.

**What do you dislike about EVA-SSESS?**

Nothing that I dislike about EVA-SSESS, the tool is very user friendly.

**What problems is EVA-SSESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Meeting less candidates in person
- Flexibility interviewing candidate from any place and at anytime
- More team productivity 
- Team focuses on high level tasks which increased their productivity

Using AI may have bios against race or gender I'm not sure about it

**What do you like best about EVA-SSESS?**

Eva-ssess exceeded my expectations with it’s user friendly interface and seamless capabilities. We are able to assess hundreds of shortlisted candidates with a couple of clicks.
It’s a great tool that we are also using to assess our internal employees to detect gaps and plan the training accordingly

**What do you dislike about EVA-SSESS?**

The reports of the video assessment are not available in Arabic

Mass interviews
Flexibility to assess candidate remotely
