From the very first sales conversation through to our current live environment, their support has been outstanding. The team is always available thanks to coverage across international time zones. Any issues raised via ticket are picked up quickly and actively followed up. It doesn’t feel like you're waiting around or being passed from team to team. I’d especially like to call out Matt, who has been an absolute credit to the business. He’s worked alongside me from the beginning, helping with setup, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing development. It felt more like working with a helpful colleague than dealing with a vendor. He’s not just reactive — he’s proactive, solutions-focused, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The continued support has been a real asset as we build and scale **What do you dislike about Etleap?** I honestly don't have very much to put in this box as my experience has been fantastic. **What problems is Etleap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were right at the start of our BI journey, setting up the infrastructure, setting up pipelines to extract data from all of our sources and then bringing them together to fuel reporting. We've had a highly positive experience with Etleap so far and would strongly recommend the platform to others, especially those early in their BI or data infrastructure journey. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use, with a clean, well-designed GUI and hundreds of prebuilt connectors available out of the box. For more niche needs, the ability to create custom connectors is also well supported, which has helped us bring in some trickier data sources smoothly. Technically, the platform has been rock-solid. Our pipelines have run without failure, and the monitoring and alerting features are prompt and reliable. I've never missed a notification, which gives great peace of mind. In terms of pricing, Etleap offers excellent value for money. Their tiered pricing plans make it flexible to scale over time, and they were incredibly accommodating at the start — giving us ample time and access to test the platform and set up pipelines before any formal commitment. This allows our relatively small data team to manage more pipelines than we otherwise could and we continue adding more. * Pipelines are quick and easy to build. There have been times where I built pipelines in real time while talking with data analysts about data we want to consider bringing to the warehouse. Over the course of a meeting we could build a pipeline, get data into our warehouse, and start exploring the data. * Etleap has a very capable team building and supporting their product. We saw this in our initial evaluation where they helped us work though some challenges weeks faster than a better known competitor. As other challenges have come up I have always been impressed with the Etleap staff we work with. They have worked with folks from our data, security, network and other teams and it's always been very productive collaboration. They are a great partner and extension to our team. * We get a lot of value for the cost with Etleap and proposals from their competitors have always been significantly higher cost. **What do you dislike about Etleap?** There hasn't been much I dislike. Etleap has an array of connectors that allow you to source data from AWS S3, FTP servers, relational databases, and more. It can convert csv, json, xml documents into parquet, and it integrates with the AWS glue catalog to make building a queryable data lake easy. The data wrangler makes it easy to do some transformations on the data when needed. But I think the best feature is how it scales so well across big and small tables. Just to give an idea, when I say big tables, our largest tables have billions of rows. It does this with an auto-scaling EMR cluster that adjusts by shrinking and growing as needed. **What do you dislike about Etleap?** Most of the time the UI is very helpful, but there have been times when the UI reports a problem with not enough information. This has improved over time, but when it happens we reach out to support. Support is good about giving us additional detail when we ask. **What problems is Etleap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use etleap to aggregate all our data into a central data lake. It's data wrangling / ETL capabilities are super intuitive so our BA's can implement them (not just engineers) 3. it just works from a scalability and deployment perspective 4. the support has been top notch; it's as if it's an extension to our internal data team 5. the pricing model was unique in that it scales based on number of pipelines vs. total volume **What do you dislike about Etleap?** Not dislike per-say, but we are looking to leverage some newer technologies available via AWS (such as Iceberg), and etleap has yet to incorproate these new solutions, though I know they are prioritizing certain items. **What problems is Etleap solving and how is that benefiting you?** They make data ingestion seamless. Creating pipelines and configuring ETL is a simple as a handful of clicks. Their data wrangler UI is inituitive and allows BA's, engineers, operations, etc. all to interact and understand what our pipelines are doing. They fast-tracked our ability to onboard new datasets from what was previously weeks to hours. And any issues we run into they are always available on slack to help triage with us. We're super happy. **What do you dislike about Etleap?** I would like to see them expand into reverse ETL **What problems is Etleap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ETLeap to transfer data from RDBs and 3rd-party applications into our analytics warehouse. The ETLeap platform has been easy to set up, and requires minimal maintenance with auto-discovery of new fields. I have enjoyed working with them because they have great communication skills and can understand the issues quickly. ETLeap is incredibly responive to requests from users **What do you dislike about Etleap?** When we implemented we found that some of the components we needed to use lacked some logging / error visibility capacity.
