(owners, policies, reclaiming waste). really has removed alot of manual spreadsheet and admin effort **What do you dislike about EtherInsights?** Its powerful, but there is a small learning curve for new stakeholdrs whoarnt used to FinOps terminology. More gudied walkthroughs would be helpful. **What problems is EtherInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** EtherInishgts helps us idenify cloud waste (idle/oversized resources) and reclaim unused licences. Ther are also a number of cloud managment features which have been useful speeding up day to day management of azure. ### 2. Set-up was quick with read-only access. On the first sweep we reclaimed overlapping and unused M365 licences, right-sized a few Azure VMs and cleared out orphaned resources. The AI guidance is practical, explaining the “why” and proposing steps our engineers can run. Reporting makes conversations with finance easy because it shows cost by tag and trend, not just raw bills. Net result: we’ve saved approximately 2.5k so far and freed up team time to focus on higher-value work. **What do you dislike about EtherInsights?** Would love deeper automation and scheduling on clean-up actions, plus broader native integrations with our ITSM. Carbon insights are helpful but could go further into unit economics and forecasting. We’ve seen the odd sync lag on very large tenants, but nothing blocking. **What problems is EtherInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** EtherInsights is fixing our lack of visibility and control over Microsoft cloud costs. Before, we were stitching together spreadsheets to understand M365 and Azure spend, why it was growing and which teams were driving it. Now we have a single view that maps usage to licences and resources, flags waste and gives plain-English actions we can take. ### 3.
