What is EtherInsights? EtherInsights is an AI-powered FinOps and cloud management platform purpose-built for Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 365. It gives IT, engineering and finance a single, real-time view of usage, cost and value, with prescriptive recommendations and one-click actions to optimise licences, Cloud PCs and infrastructure. With EtherInsights you can: Eliminate Microsoft 365 shelfware by detecting underused seats, overlapping plans and dormant add-ons, then reclaim or reassign in clicks. Right-size Windows 365 Cloud PCs based on actual usage, including resize, park or decommission workflows. Optimise Azure: find idle or orphaned resources, right-size VMs with SKU guidance and see the impact of storage choices. Get tag-based cost transparency and owner drill-downs with AI-generated reports and trends. Use EtherAssist, a built-for-admins virtual assistant, to ask questions in plain English and receive best-practice guidance plus ready-to-run scripts. Set alerts for renewals, anomalies and time-bound clean-ups to keep environments tidy. Track estimated emissions for Microsoft 365 and Windows 365. Deployed in minutes with read-only permissions, EtherInsights scales from SMB to enterprise, integrates with existing governance and works equally well direct or via partners. Flexible licensing includes campus and per-active-user options.
