At Systech, EtherInsights gave us instant visibility into where money was leaking across Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 365. Set-up was quick with read-only access. On the first sweep we reclaimed overlapping and unused M365 licences, right-sized a few Azure VMs and cleared out orphaned resources. The AI guidance is practical, explaining the “why” and proposing steps our engineers can run. Reporting makes conversations with finance easy because it shows cost by tag and trend, not just raw bills. Would love deeper automation and scheduling on clean-up actions, plus broader native integrations with our ITSM. Carbon insights are helpful but could go further into unit economics and forecasting.
