New tools for more powerful analysis, increased productivity, and more efficient management of the construction job cycle are constantly being added and refined. Estimator360 has been designed from the ground up to help contractors and builders provide accurate and comprehensive estimates, reducing potential client/builder miscommunication. These tools help a conscientious builder to provide repeatable standards of quality for the homeowner while guarding against uniformed and incomplete estimates that hurt both clients and builders. What I love most about Estimator360 is trajectory toward being a comprehensive business management solution specifically for the construction industry. It is so good and keeps getting better! **What do you dislike about Estimator360?** As with any software that is so powerful, there is a necessary level of complexity. That being said, I have witnessed a concerted effort to clarify and update the user interface to incorporate more powerful functions in a straightforward manner. The staff at Estimator360 have been amazing; I have often received answers and training directly from the Paul, one of the co-founders. **What problems is Estimator360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Estimator360 is such a noble solution due to its ability to capture bid information, commodity prices, and crew productivity by each assembly to be used on the next bid. Literally, the more that you put into it, the more you will get out of it. If I bid a roof today, I can start from the template, modify it to suit my business practices, save it as a new template, and it is ready to go for the next job. As the job progresses, it tracks my vendor prices vs the estimates, my crew's productivity vs the estimate, and then implements them for the next bid. ### 3.
