**What do you like best about ESM Contract Management?**

Stores pdfs of all contracts, sends emails reminding me of contract renewal/expirations, great for contract tracking.

**What do you dislike about ESM Contract Management?**

nothing!  The system has been a great help to us.

**What problems is ESM Contract Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had ESM contract management, all of our contracts were stored in the X:drive.  Since we are a small school, most of the contracts were written by the vendors, so they were all named the name of our school, so we never knew which was which.  We had a huge and useless spreadsheet.  We never seemed to have copies of the fully executed documents.  after we got the system up and running, all fo these problems went away.
