"Human Resource/Marketing Software Solution for Small Companies"

What do you like best?

Has many features to add tags, tasks, notes, etc. potential, current and past employees & customers, doesn't sell consumer data to other companies or entities like other big software companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not too customization in terms of editing the layout or build out of software, website goes down during a work day for a couple of hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I like utilizing the system; however it has glitches "

"Great for hours reporting"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of clocking in and out for work, collecting client signatures, and reviewing hours worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app does not have many of features the full site does. Including, the ability to clock in and out, check off activities performed, and inputting client signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be able to affectively train your employees on using ersp. Its important to understand all the features are not presently available among both the app and website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company used to utilize paper time sheets. We the employees would constantly run out and even need drive to the company to collect more. This app eliminates all that. Additionally, now the company can verify our hours worked due the geo location tracking ability of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small suggestions"

What do you like best?

My company used to use paper timesheets, this was a hassle for both the employees and company. Ersp saves us both time and hassle. In addition to allowing us to go green. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app offers less than both the mobile version and full version of the Ersp website. I would like the ability to have the customer sign from the app, in addition to being able to clock in and out of shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very useful, slow location tracking"

What do you like best?

It has room for notes as well as simply clocking in and out, allowing for more detailed shift writeups than the simple, handwritten summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Customer support for a lost password is slow, and there are a few minor issues, such as not being able to save mileage used until the very end of a shift. The GPS software seems slightly inaccurate, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
