Absolute Nightmare to Deal With **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Narek Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023 **What do you like best about ERPLY Retail Platform?** You can customize a lot of things within Erply, and you can leverage a lot of the APIs to connect it with other products and services. **What do you dislike about ERPLY Retail Platform?** There is pretty much 0 support. We're supposedly on the Enterprise-level plan, but we're being treated as if we're on a free trial. Support doesn't respond to requests. If they do respond, it's the most generic response or a notification about how they're closing the support request due to inactivity. The product has a lot of potential but has no actual strategy behind its development, from what I can tell. (Who pays senior developers to create a custom help center solution?) The team doesn't care about your pain points or issues. They just develop arbitrary features and don't have any section to collect user feedback. We're a paying customer and have been for the past 4+ years, but I'm already looking for other solutions because this company refuses to provide us with support—even if we offered to pay for it. Erply doesn't care about you. They'll take your monthly payments but leave you without any of the support required. If you need a half-baked product with zero support, this is the best option! **What problems is ERPLY Retail Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Erply provides the opportunity for you to create custom functionality. You can build apps upon their APIs and such. However, the product is incomplete. ### 2. So I do not have to worry about software compatibility for my company use. Very good features available and everything is managed over cloud, so no data loss fear. Full solutions for point of sale software.
