The program is user friendly, produces relevant reports, allows users to have different access. Workers are able to access the program from their phones which allows updates right at the various sites we work out of. My favorite part of Hippo is the database of extensive training materials. It really helps get all the users up to speed. The interface for the program is very clean and easy to understand. I really wish they had a proper mobile app. The web based interface is fine on a pc but is lacking on a mobile device. Keeping track of non frequent maintenance tasks is a big benefit. That along with maintaining a historical record of our equipment maintenance are the biggest items for us. Being able to share parts inventories is important for us so that we can work as a collective and not have an unnecessary amount of cash tied up in our parts. The development team constantly makes upgrades/modifications and there are no regular patch notes to let the customer base know what has been modified. this leads to confusion and system down time when folks don't know why the features they regularly use are missing or not available. They need to model their change process similar to the large MMO platforms where they send out updates every week letting people know what has been changed if anything.
