We are still in the process of integrating all of out office locations into the HIPPO Platform, but thus far the experience has been pretty good. Integration was a bit more cumbersome and laborious than anticipated. Training lacked a little organization. Mike and Earl are fantastic with trainings and integration. I wish you could add parts in the work order. Example: As I work on a piece of equipment and I replace apart that is not on the parts list, I would like to be able to add it in on the work order and have it automatically populate the parts list. Do you want a local setup which is more involved or a setup on a server with backing from the cmms team. I don't like that it's so difficult to add equipment and that you don't realize you need to add equipment before assigning work to be done. Would be helpful if in creating a work order, if it's a new piece of equipment, the user would have the ability to add that vs. exiting the task of creating a work order and going to a completely separate function. The CMMS system offers a very deep layered approach to documenting equipment and the maintenance tasks required for them which allows for a very strong work order system that is easy to understand for many users.
