What do you like best about EPOS?

It is a straightforward tool with a whole lot of features that helps streamline work across all department. What do you dislike about EPOS?

What do you like best about EPOS?

Their products are high-quality with style and performance that stands out in the headset world. I use one all day and hardly notice it on my head; it's so light and comfortable I sometimes leave work wearing it. I can be heard clearly by my customers the first time, so I don't have to repeat myself. That saves me time, headaches, and money. What do you dislike about EPOS?

I am currently using a lifter solution, and the mic is way too sensitive on the lifter. I have followed the instructions to program the lifter, but that didn't work either. I then reached out to Tech Support. They were very nice and tried to help, but no solution worked. I think they should solve the problem with their lifter being so complicated; selling them could be a nightmare with tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EPOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I always have a strong, clear connection with my desk phone, PC, and my cell, all with one headset. I have noticed my customers have stopped asking me to repeat myself, which is huge when you're in sales. I love this product's performance and capabilities for multiple connections all in one solution, with excellent sound in and out!. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
