It's easy to use, everything is pretty straightforward, and it makes managing things a lot smoother. I like how organized it keeps everything and how quick it is to set things up. It can be a little tricky at first. There are some quirks, but overall the system works well for our needs for our conferences. **What do you dislike about ePly?** Customer service. When we first signed with ePly last year, customer service was fantastic. Reps were knowledgeable and we always received prompt responses. Things now are significantly different. We've had a lot of difficulty over the last six months with getting answers and assistance with best practices. They've also changed some of their policies on things they have provided previously, like domains, but not communicated this to customers. This has resulted in our site going down and our organization losing critical business. **What problems is ePly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a simple solution without a lot of bells and whistles at an affordable price to manage our conference registrations. However, the poor service sometimes outweighs the benefits. ### 12.
