Kinetic Pricing Overview

I like Kinetic for its ease of customizations and its effectiveness in writing dashboards. It's great for business process customization. I appreciate the updatable dashboards and how they streamline data entry across multiple lines, removing tedious work and ensuring data integrity by minimizing data entry errors. I also enjoy being able to personalize data views easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all grid views allow for copy/paste, particularly on some of the landing pages. It would be great to have the ability to mass update on landing pages such as job entry and sale order entry, as some fields are already in the data views. It is way too complicated for a small business, which causes unintended mapping and results. Epicor is a poor business partner. Once they get you hooked, you can't extract yourself. They have regular price increases and consistently change the product and leave you, the user, to figure out the implications going forward and adjusting your operations to work within the parameters they changed.
