Guy will dive more deeply into more issues than anyone I have ever worked with. Need a part with multiple PCBs connected by a flexible element that can resist high temperatures? No problem - he's been there, done that. Need to embed sensors in an injection molded part with the whole thing produced at minimum cost? He went and learned injection molding theory and produced his own mold negatives that worked better than the factory expert designs, at less cost and with fewer parts.
