**What do you like best about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

It is an user friendly tool which help in relatime.This tool is easy to implement and easy to integrate.This tool is having a good customer support.These tool we are using from last year in our organization and it is very good.

**What do you dislike about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

Till now we haven't observe anything thing which can be a dislike one.

**What problems is EpiAnalytics Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EpicAnalytics Conversational AI are solving challenge of analyzing large volumes of data in realtime.It is helping to identykey trends and issues in customer service.It is improving bussiness  operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

It is like having an assistant that automatically orginaizes and files voice data for you in predetermined spots. This helps you to be able to go back to find and utilize that data for whatever the situation may be.

**What do you dislike about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

Nothing that I can think of. It willl only get better over time. I think it will give AWS a run for their money. Give it a try, you will not be dissapointed. Perfect for training.

**Recommendations to others considering EpiAnalytics Conversational AI:**

Make sure you give it a chance. It is different to learn but it saves a ton of money veersus the other "big tech" companies.

**What problems is EpiAnalytics Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it for training purposes I think is the most useful to me at this point. Being able to go to a certain type of call and use it as an example is very beneficial. Voice to Text is always a great benefit as well.

They have many unique solutions that are outstanding in the industry and provide an easy-to-use interface that the average user can also understand. It works well with our business needs.

**What do you dislike about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

In some cases, the TextBI and Voice-to-Text Analytics yielded to untruthful and misleading results. However, it gets better once it has more data points to analyse and false items are marked properly.

**What problems is EpiAnalytics Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To process our massive number of customer service calls and written exchanges for quality assurance and analytics purposes in order to improve client communication.

**What do you like best about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

EpiAnalytics, Inc., provided artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that transformed our corporate textual data and provided business intelligence.  Their solutions seamlessly integrated with our organization's data and business processes. We now use the solution to increase customer loyalty, facilitate innovation, provide a voice to our employees and customers and to support critical business decisions.

**What do you dislike about EpiAnalytics Conversational AI?**

I am not sure on how much they will be investing in the more SMB targeted product. Hopefully we will grow enough to where we can afford the more expensive, enterprised grade platform; even though our solution now does provide most enterprise level funtions at SMB cost.

**What problems is EpiAnalytics Conversational AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to review and manage employee conversations and comments effectively.
