# What influencer marketing tools make it easy for a marketing team to keep creators and campaigns organized without the platform getting in the way?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I want to start a discussion with people in the influencer software community on G2 about organization. I'm looking at which tools in this category are structured to reduce steps rather than add them. A platform is supposed to keep your creators and campaigns tidy, but many add so many clicks and steps that they become a mess.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The three that come up most for that are GRIN, Aspire, and Later Influence, with a couple of other noteworthy options worth a look.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">In the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/influencer-marketing-platforms">influencer marketing platforms</a> category, here's how the standouts are built for an organization:</p><ol>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/grin/reviews"><strong>GRIN</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Campaigns, contacts, and payments live in one system, with creators sortable by tags, contact date, and conversions, so managing large groups doesn't sprawl across separate trackers.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/aspireiq-aspire/reviews"><strong>Aspire</strong></a><strong>:</strong> An all-in-one structure that removes the separate influencer inbox entirely, with automations handling the repetitive coordination so multiple projects sit in one place.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/later-influence/reviews"><strong>Later Influence</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Built around campaign structure, guiding creators from sourcing through posts and payment with automated stage movement rather than manual status updates.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/influencity/reviews"><strong>Influencity</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Groups influencers by brand and consolidates all of a creator's social accounts into a single profile with one click, though the navigation is button-heavy and light on shortcuts.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/creatoriq/reviews"><strong>CreatorIQ</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Keeps every campaign and creator referenceable in one ecosystem and removes manual tracking, with the caveat that the newer discovery view takes some getting used to.</li>
</ol><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Which tool actually kept you organized without becoming another thing to manage? And has anyone hit the opposite, where the platform's own layout slowed you down more than a simple spreadsheet would have?</p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d take fewer clicks over a massive feature set any day. The best tool for me is the one where I can see who is doing what, what is overdue, and what has been paid without digging through five different screens.&lt;/p&gt;
