**What do you like best about ePfile?**

Seamlessly integrated with SF, all files in SF are shown beautifully, and most necessary permissions are intact as in SF, with no duplication or additional storage required.

**What do you dislike about ePfile?**

Works excellent with SF (may be the best SF addon out there), so, no dislikes

**What problems is ePfile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The default solution for SF had a long sales cycle and was very expensive in comparison to ePFile. We are glad that we saw posts on Linkedin and got a demo. It helps us in managing documents in the EC module. It automatically classifies data in folders as per modules + we could add more custom folders and easily add/move files. The best part is it allows access to records based on the permissions defined in SAP SuccessFactors and provides full employee document management capabilities in one repository.
