Seamlessly integrated with SF, all files in SF are shown beautifully, and most necessary permissions are intact as in SF, with no duplication or additional storage required. What problems is ePfile solving and how is that benefiting you? The default solution for SF had a long sales cycle and was very expensive in comparison to ePFile. We are glad that we saw posts on Linkedin and got a demo. It helps us in managing documents in the EC module. It automatically classifies data in folders as per modules + we could add more custom folders and easily add/move files. The best part is it allows access to records based on the permissions defined in SAP SuccessFactors and provides full employee document management capabilities in one repository.
