Enzo Intake begins the moment a referral arrives, reading referrals from eFax, hospital portals, and direct uploads, verifying insurance eligibility and face-to-face requirements, and identifying PDGM diagnosis coding to reach an admit decision in about 5 minutes. Enzo Scheduling then matches a clinician by availability, location, and patient need, briefs them on the case, and prepares the visit to confirm in about 30 seconds. During the visit, Enzo Scribe builds OASIS and visit notes from the natural conversation in real time, flagging documentation gaps before the clinician leaves the home and reducing charting time by about 75%. After the visit, Enzo QA reviews every chart and checks every code before it is submitted, tracks CMS star ratings, HHCAHPS risks, and survey readiness against the Conditions of Participation, and flags only the cases that need attention. Enzo then prepares clean claims and manages NOAs, LUPA tracking, and physician orders, catching issues before a claim goes out. Every step shares one patient record, so information entered at intake carries through scheduling, documentation, coding, and billing, and leadership can track census, visit utilization, recerts due, and financial performance in the same system.
