We are a global company and really like the visibility Envoy gives us to see all of our visitors at all locations using the Global overview. We are also currently looking at the Rooms feature recently added to Envoy. We have customized the sign in flows at each of our locations and are adding options regularly as needed. I would recommend Envoy to any business looking for the perfect way to manage their visitors. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** The only downside that I can think of is the difficulty of getting any modifications or features added to the program when needed. In some cases you cannot get one added if they don't deem it worthy of the effort. **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this time we are using Envoy mainly to track visitors to each of our locations. We use it to display NDA's and have the visitors sign if necessary. We also show a short safety video at the conclusion of the sign in process. Even more impressive was the way that the Envoy Visitor app adapted throughout COVID to allow people to scan a QR code and sign in on their own phone, which helped our receptionist feel much more comfortable in those difficult times. The other major plus is that it notifies staff that their guests are waiting in reception, saving the receptionist a lot of time. Additionally it's great that we are able to customise this app with our logo and branding to look super professional. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** There's nothing to dislike about this product. **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Visitors:** Just try the app, it's free to trial it and certain aspects of it are free to use at all times which is enough for a lot of smaller companies. Intuitive easy use visitor sign-in system, use of ipads, and web-based dashboard make it an excellent strategy for tracking and recording visitors. Class leader in visitor sign in and now hot Desk booking also. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** The is not a simple way for hot desk users to check-in without opening the app, would like to see location QR codes that could be printed for desk locations that a user just has to scan to check-in at the desk they have booked. The badge printing is only black & white, with few options to create custom templates with more company designs.
