# Have any of you experienced issues with the badge printer bluetooth connection?  I have one location that periodically stops printing badges,  and when you go to the bluetooth settings on the iPad and printer, it says it's connected.

I usually turn it off and turn it back on again and the problem is resolved.

Thanks Eric, that's what I've been doing, but the issue randomly returns every few months. I may just connect it to the network to see if that works better.
