Was tough at setup. We had a glitch that never converted our free trial, so launch was delayed after all end users were trying to log in. Once that was fixed. it has been pretty smooth. It is more costly than some other solutions but includes more features we need - preregistration's being the biggest priority. It's cheaper than some others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
