It is great that it helps keep all inforamtion in one area so we can review if needed. I am unaware of any competitors for envoy. I also envoy that you can schedule your visits to the office in advance. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** The least helpful aspect would be the disadvantage it has for our international guests. They are unable to leave a international contact number and we are left using the office number. **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Envoy has helped us in tracking the guests and people we have in the building. Ability to immediately see the list of visitors who have 1) signed in for the day, and 2) got invites and have yet to sign in. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** It is confusing for guests when they have pre-registered online prior to their visit, then they still need to pull up their QR code and go through a couple of steps to register (and when they click sign in, the keyboard pops up covering the "I have a QR code" button). I also wish you didnt have to take the Health assessment and sign in. We also like that it lets the admin front desk sign out people when they forget or invite parents when they forget to sign in. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** I do wish we could send a sign-in invite to staff as well, instead of only clients for days where they forget. Being able to easily import the visitor log into an excel spreadsheet makes our reporting requirements take no time at all. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** The only thing we have found that is a downside is the need for visitors to put in a last name or initial while signing in. Although it is fine for them to just make it up or put whatever they want, sometimes they feel like it is unnecessary for them to have to do. We tend to have different groups come in and it is so efficient to be able to "pre-register" everyone ahead of time so that they have a smooth check-in at the office. It also keeps a history which is handy for example if you need to know the last time the elevator inspector signed in to perform service in your location then you can definitely re-visit that day! **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** Have not had an issue yet.
