What do you like best about ENow?

I think that ENow’s App Governance Accelerator is excellent for the use of presenting a single pane of glass into Entra ID applications and what permissions they have. The gap analysis feature that shows differences in configurations in applications and security policies is very useful in identifying areas of concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ENow?

I still have to go through various rounds in the Entra ID itself to get the required difficulty. ENow is very efficient at detecting risky applications and permissions, it is not equipped to handle them on its own. What do you like best about ENow?

We use Microsoft 365 to host business-critical applications & SaaS workloads. ENow offers services to overcome performance challenges and improve end-user experience.

It offers visibility into our real-time data & helps us enhance our monitoring & service deliverables for our clients.

Also, troubleshooting issues proactively is much more feasible with the ENow platform. We observe significant improvements in our Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) when it comes to resolving issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ENow?

Our experience with using the ENow platform is good & we didn't find anything as a dislikable feature. It provides a singular view of all the components involved as part of our O365 applications & we can quickly identify the root cause of the problem.

We can access specific Microsoft metrics of O365 as per its recommendations to know exactly what functionality services are being used.

ENow has effectively simplified the monitoring paradigm of massive workloads & helps us to fetch the relevant insights to comprehend all service issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The resolution of problems is its most positive aspect, it offers a process of elimination of possibilities that allows to deploy tools that accelerate the solutions within the organization, its work panel and monitoring is really useful and efficient to detect problems or inconveniences in some specific process , the notification and early warning allows visual display and detection of the origin of the problem, the board has a very precise operation that identifies the problem with a red light, although monitoring and control software are usually very complex Mailscape 365 has features that facilitate their incorporation and deployment within the organization. What do you dislike about ENow?

Some processes can exempt the customer's waiting time, which is a problem in the correct functioning of the tools, although it is a professional and very complete software, it needs to deepen its technical capacity to offer a working interface more linked to the user without advanced experience. in competitive professional environments.
