The gap analysis feature that shows differences in configurations in applications and security policies is very useful in identifying areas of concern. **What do you dislike about ENow?** I still have to go through various rounds in the Entra ID itself to get the required difficulty. ENow is very efficient at detecting risky applications and permissions, it is not equipped to handle them on its own. This entails a two-step process that slows down the remediation and disrupts the work process. **What problems is ENow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to control on overly privileged applications and drifts in the configurations which can lead to security compromises. This is helpful in keeping our organization’s data more secure and minimizing the vulnerability to cyber leaders. ### 2. ENow offers services to overcome performance challenges and improve end-user experience. It offers visibility into our real-time data & helps us enhance our monitoring & service deliverables for our clients. Also, troubleshooting issues proactively is much more feasible with the ENow platform. We observe significant improvements in our Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) when it comes to resolving issues quickly. **What do you dislike about ENow?** Our experience with using the ENow platform is good & we didn't find anything as a dislikable feature. It provides a singular view of all the components involved as part of our O365 applications & we can quickly identify the root cause of the problem. We can access specific Microsoft metrics of O365 as per its recommendations to know exactly what functionality services are being used. ENow has effectively simplified the monitoring paradigm of massive workloads & helps us to fetch the relevant insights to comprehend all service issues. **What problems is ENow solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENow helps identify Microsoft 365 outages, optimize our licensing renewals & to monitor the end-user experience all in one place. Upon installing remote agents, we obtain visual service status for user regions & can quickly isolate the subset whenever the user faces an outage. Many inactive, underutilized, duplicate and overlapping licenses can be dismissed, significantly improving our cost savings thanks to ENow. From its intuitive dashboard, we can gain valuable details on our license consumption trends, categorized with usage by specific teams in our organization. Since Microsoft 365 doesn't have any in-built reports, ENow provisions custom reporting capabilities that can be tailored as per our stakeholder's demands. ### 4.
