The solution is accessible via the web browser: it is visual and very intuitive to use. The basic configuration, requiring no programming knowledge, greatly contributes to enabling continuous improvement independently. The solution has an API allowing the connection of other systems, including BI tools. Of course, it includes an audit trail. The company Ennov offers a ticket management platform, which allows for the immediate reporting of an incident. The support is good and continues to improve. The company listens to its clients, and improvement proposals that are submitted are regularly integrated into new versions. We can define each type of document according to our needs and our company's specifications. We can also digitize our quality events with dedicated workflows and forms. Training module is directly connected to the EDMS. **What do you dislike about Ennov Quality?** Some user needs some time to use correclty the system and all the functionnalities. **What problems is Ennov Quality solving and how is that benefiting you?** The compliance with regulatory standards (e.g FDA, GMP), and failure to meet those rules can results in penalties. The system provide solutions to AQ department. Ennov eDoc meet the rules to manage a document in a pharmaceuticals company (one centralized sytem with approval workflows and version tracking).
