What do you like best about Engine?

HE is easy to use, and has a huge number of hotels to choose from. Their pricing is definitely better.. we've saved quite a bit of money so far. Example: we needed a hotel and I was recommended one by an employee. He said call, so he'd get their special pricing, which was already $10 off the nightly rate. I checked the HE site first, and was able to save an additional $4 per night off his stay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engine?

Nothing! If I had to come up with something, I wish that the hotel fees were all-inclusive - some of them have little charges on top of the room that are determined by the hotel itself. I'd love them to be all in one. I talked to our rep about it though, it's something they're working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our superintendents need rooms constantly, but they're between states and jobs and keeping track is sometimes a mess. This centralizes billing for us and keeps all of the info I need all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
