<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For all the HR folks out there, I analyzed the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ai-recruiting">AI Recruiting</a> category and found one platform in particular has a documented Fortune 1000 client base.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/braintrust-air/reviews"><strong>Braintrust AIR</strong></a> lists hundreds of Fortune 1000 enterprises among its clients, including Nestlé, Porsche, Atlassian, Goldman Sachs, and Nike. Reviewers who have gone through the platform from the candidate side describe a smooth, consistent interview experience they could complete at their own pace, though several note it feels less personal than a live conversation and would benefit from a practice run before the real interview.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Would help to hear from recruiters at large enterprises directly here: did candidates push back on the AI interview format, or has that friction mostly disappeared as the format has become more familiar?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

Candidate acceptance may depend less on the AI format itself and more on how clearly the process is explained upfront. Giving applicants a practice option, setting expectations, and showing where a human still enters the process could make a big difference in how the experience is received.
