I also love the multi-channel failover feature! If an SMS fail to deliver due to local carrier issues, the system can automatically retry via WhatsApp or Voice. This has boosted our verification success rate by about 80%. While the core fucntionally is rocak-solid, I'd like to see more granular "reason for Failure" codes in the real-time analytics dashboard. Currently, it tells you if a meddage failed, but more specific carrier-level feedback would help our support team troubloeshoot user issues even faster. Engagelab covers a wide range, can accurately reach users around the world, has many communication channels, high delivery rate and stable operation. In addition, AI-driven marketing automation tools are also very practical, which can help design personalized user solutions and improve operational efficiency linearly.
