We also value how everything is centralized -email, SMs, and push notification so our teams dont have to juggle multiple tools. From our experience, the platform is quite robust, but it can feel a bit overwhelming initially due to the number of features available.

What i like most about Engagelab is its ability to unify multiple communication channels into a single, easy-to-manage platform. we currently use it for email, sms, and push notifications, and the experience has been very reliable. The automation workflows are particularly useful, allowing us to trigger messages based on user behavior without constant manual input. I also appreciate the platform's scalability and global delivery capabilities, which ensure our messahes reach users quickly regardless of location. Overall, it simplifies complex engagement processes while maintaining strong performance

One area where Engagelab could improve is in its user interface and onboarding experience. while the platform is powerful, it can take some time to fully understand all the available features, especially for non-technical users. More in app guidance or tutorials would be helpful

While EngageLab offers strong functionality, there is still room for improvement in terms of user onboarding and documentation for non-technical users. **What do you like best about Engagelab?**

EngageLab provides a fantastic all-in-one solution for our customer communication needs. We currently utilize their SMS, OTP, and WhatsApp services. The biggest advantage for our team is having unified user data across these three channels without needing to juggle multiple different platforms. It significantly streamlines our workflow and saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Engagelab?**

While the overall service is very reliable, we’ve noticed that OTP delivery rates can occasionally fluctuate in certain international regions. It would be great if their routing could be further optimized for those specific overseas markets to ensure a 100% delivery rate.

**What problems is Engagelab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using EngageLab, we have not fully leveraged WhatsApp for customer engagement. Now, thanks to their seamless integration, it has quickly become one of our primary communication channels. The platform allows us to easily send rich media messages, like images and direct links to our website, which has noticeably improved our customer interaction and engagement rates.

The initial setup took a little time because some features are more enterprise focused but once configured properly, the platform became easy to manage daily. Overall, it has been a reliable communication solution for our fintech operations.

**What do you like best about Engagelab?**

The most impressive thing is the delivery speed and "Pay-per-Success"billing model for the OTPS. In our previous setup, we struggled with high latelncy in southeast Asia and LATAM, leading to user drop-offs. With engagelab, our OTP delivery is consistently under 5 seconds globally.
I also love the multi-channel failover feature! If an SMS fail to deliver due to local carrier issues, the system can automatically retry via WhatsApp or Voice. This has boosted our verification success rate by about 80%. Plus, the intergration was seamless - their API documentation is very developer-friendly, and we were up and running in less than two days.

**What do you dislike about Engagelab?**

While the core fucntionally is rocak-solid, I'd like to see more granular "reason for Failure" codes in the real-time analytics dashboard. Currently, it tells you if a meddage failed, but more specific carrier-level feedback would help our support team troubloeshoot user issues even faster. That said, their technical support team is very responsive whenever we have questions.

Problem 1：User Churm. Slow OTPs were killing our sign-up conversion. Engagelab solved this with high-priority routing, ensuring users don't abandon the registration flow.

**What do you like best about Engagelab?**

It just works. When we buy contact lists, a lot of the emails end up being dead. EngageLab filters out bad addresses automatically, and the reporting shows exactly why an email bounced. It's a very practical tool that does what it says.

**What do you dislike about Engagelab?**

The user interface is completely white and very bright. I work late a lot dealing with clients in different time zones, and staring at the screen hurts my eyes after a few hours. They really need to add a dark mode.

We used to just guess why emails weren't delivering. Now we can clean our prospect lists based on the exact bounce reports they provide, which keeps our sender score healthy and stops us from emailling dead contacts.

I use it to reach out to passive candidates we find on Linkedin and other job boards. When you're cold-emailing tech talent, they ignore you if your email lands in their promotions or spam folder. EngageLab's delivery rates are really high, so our interview invitations and sourcing emails actually land in the candidate's primary inbox.

The interface feels a little too technical at first glance. It's cleadly built with marketers or developers in mind. As a recruiter, it took me a day or two to figure out where everything was, but it's fine once you get used to it.

I am responsible for influencer outreach, emailing hundreds of creators weekly. EngageLab's deliverability is great - it gets my sponsorship pitches into primary inboxes instead of spam. I also rely heavily on the link tracking to see exactly which creators clicked my media kit before they even reply.

Importing contact lists is a bit tedious. I constantly export emails from different influencer databases, and I usually have to manually clean up the messy CSV files before uploading them to the platform.

As a tech guy, it was ez for me to do the integration via APIs docs.  From AppPush to now offering multiple channels like webpush, sms. Everything is in one all-in-1 platform.

**What do you dislike about Engagelab?**

As a 2B dev, what i dislike is that the UI could be more clean and intuitive. The onboarding guide is not super beginner-friendly. A few powerful features fell a bit hidden lmao. AI feature is nice, but can be improved.

**What problems is Engagelab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a 2B developer, Engagelab solves the headache of juggling multiple tools for customer messaging. it unifies AppPush, WebPush, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and more into the all-in-1 platform with nice automation and AI. the performance is much better than other channels like FCM, good price with large DAU.

I handle cross-border sales from Hong Kong. EngageLab is great because the delivery is just really solid. My pitches to prospescts in Europe and SE Asia hit their inboxes instantly without getting stuck in spam filters.

Tracking opens across different time zones is annoying. I wish I could pin multiple time zones on the main dashboard instead of manually switching them all the time.

**What do you like best about Engagelab?**

Trust is a big deal for us since my company is a cybersecurity company. The best part about EngageLab is how easily they handle BIMI. When we invite our overseas partners across SEA and Europe to our annual partner summit, our official logo shows up right in their inbox. It makes our email look legit before anyone even clicks open, which really helps our open rates in new markets.

**What do you dislike about Engagelab?**

EngageLab don't offer a partner model. We help a lot companies expand globally, and they often ask us for tool recommendations. I'd love to package EngageLab with our own IT solutions.

I’m a product operations specialist. Many users don’t log in to our app very often.But after we started using app push notifications via Engagelab, we can reach our users in a timely and frequent manner, which helps boost user activity. When we run marketing campaigns, app push notifications keep our users informed in real time, significantly boosting the payment conversion rate.

The WhatsApp channel of EngageLab is unstable, and customers often fail to receive messages.
Furthermore, for SMS marketing scenarios, the EngageLab backend lacks clear delivery-related data analytics. This will have a certain impact on our ROI calculation.
