Even though they aren't on call, we have always been able to get things corrected off hours. The partners are always available. **Recommendations to others considering eMDTec:** If you are looking for detail personal service that will benefit your business, have a talk with eMDTec. They can look at your network, desktops, telephones and copiers to help make things work efficiently. **What problems is eMDTec solving and how is that benefiting you?** EMDTEC's expertise has saved us from cyber attacks. Made access to files easier which makes work flow better. They are constantly looking to assist with all types of time and cost saving methods. We have worked with them for many years and have been very happy with the service and response. ### 3. As a physician there are times that I need access to records at off-hours.
