"Overall powerful software but is slow at times."

4/5

What do you like best about ELMO Software?

Well developed software that has a great variety of features. Allows for good control of essential functions (e.g. setting up sign up sessions, etc.) Easy to use and navigate with a modern interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELMO Software?

At times the software can be slow. Especially navigating between pages and searching up users. A lot of our training modules are very similar (for tool and machinery training) and when we need to edit email templates, fix formatting, etc. for all modules, it is tedious to complete repetitive tasks across multiple modules. May be good to see a setup where sections of modules can be edited together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic ELMO Software"

5/5

What do you like best about ELMO Software?

The performance review module was extremely user-friendly for both staff and manager. Contract initiation is very easy and quick. I particularly appreciate how the organisation's staffing structure is presented, at macro and micro levels. This makes it easy to know who to communicate with on specific tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELMO Software?

The process of self-assigning forms is a little clunky, and staff can assign incorrectly to other staff members. This would be improved by user functionality that enables the customising of this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ELMO Software:

ELMO Software is a highly flexible, functional and customisable software package that covers all your HR needs in a user-friendly, attractive package. I can't recommend it highly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELMO Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staff management, and personal HR-related requirements problems have been streamlined. Both operate exceedingly well and I have saved time and increased efficiency as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
