We're very new to ELMO still so I'm only commenting on our initial (admin) user experience A highlight has been the Client engagement from our ELMO rep, and the platform's provisions of user support for admin users - Our first usage of ELMO was a bit up and down ; there were a LOT of training slides that were very repetitive, and didn't really suit our learning styles so we were concerned for how things would play out, but their AI support agent is bloody brilliant! - and their user forums seem to have a high level of activity going on from a helpful group of people. Elmo have done a good job with incorporating this framework into their software offering (and even encouraging usage through a rewards platform $$!!! - but seriously, this is such a good idea!! nothing encourages new admin users to get involved more than some game play and physical $$ rewards for being part of it) I like the raw aspects of ELMO that others may not - the Course Builder in particular looks archaic, and lacks the flashy interfaces of modern graphics or web design software, but by keeping the source code open makes it very easy to change this through HTML/CSS - which these days is a piece of cake thanks to ChatGPT - simply upload the base code and tell it what you want! LOL
