What do you like best about ELMO Software?

ELMO Software has allowed our company to combine all HR and Payroll forms, requests, and details in a "one stop shop" which has made internal processes so much clearer and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELMO Software?

The only minor inconvenience I've found since starting with ELMO is getting used to where everything is located, and having to search for forms, assign the form to myself, then go back to complete that form. The greatest complaint we've had is that the expense reimbursement form no longer allows us to place all expenses on one sheet, but rather have to scan each receipt separately. A huge time waster! What do you like best about ELMO Software?

Awesome Support Team and Help Desk: I experienced professional, timely-orientated and efficient support during the pre-, and post-implementation stage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELMO Software?

Some of the screen display features are not graphically 'attractive' (or comfortable and are yet to be improved), i.e., some modules visibility features, data display) e.g., employee data section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELMO Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

There was no HRIS in place before as most of the data (including employee files) was captured in scattered places including the printouts and hard copies. It is easy now to navigate through employee records and trace the performance management of each individual since ELMO was implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
