Their tech platform is extremely useful, and small touches like the packet they mail to you ahead of the embassy appointment make you feel much more confident. I trust them and their advice immensely. They also do a prep call before the embassy appointment, truly showing they care. Ellis enabled me to stay working in the US on my company for the next three years, relieving a lot of worry and uncertainty about the process.
