I've activated all the modules and two things really change my daily routine: the commercial proposal part first — sending a branded proposal with electronic signature and integrated payment in a few clicks is a game changer. And then the delivery part: everything is centralized, client feedback no longer comes via email or WhatsApp, and I save a lot of time on project tracking. Like any young product, there are still a few bugs here and there. But what makes the difference is that the founder is really attentive and fixes come quickly. You can feel that the product is built with the users, not just for them. For a freelancer or a small agency juggling too many tools, Elevia is definitely worth it. Now I’ve centralized everything on Elevia, and it’s really changed the way I run my agency. The biggest plus for me is the client portal. Each client can track the progress of their project in a clear, structured, and professional way, without having to follow up with me or search for information in our communications. It’s a win-win for everyone: I save a ton of time, my processes are more streamlined, and the client experience is much more professional and pleasant. Unlike other software, Elevia is a perfect all-in-one solution for managing everything in one place, including billing, business proposals, CRM, project management, and deliverable validation. The big advantage is the ability to create a client account so they can access project tracking. I particularly appreciate that our clients can validate and comment on deliverables directly from their client account or even as guests, without having to create an account. Without Elevia, managing asynchronous feedback can be complicated. Elevia makes client feedback much smoother and more centralized. The initial installation of Elevia was very simple and quick. **What do you dislike about Elevia?** Small details like not being able to archive a task marked as "completed". When a task is marked as completed, it remains in the to-do list, which can quickly become visually annoying when you have a lot of tasks. It would be great to have an archive page for completed tasks. **What problems is Elevia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elevia centralizes project management, billing, and CRM in one place and facilitates customer feedback with a precise comment system, making communication smooth and centralized. ### 4.
