Now I’ve centralized everything on Elevia, and it’s really changed the way I run my agency. The biggest plus for me is the client portal. Each client can track the progress of their project in a clear, structured, and professional way, without having to follow up with me or search for information in our communications. It’s a win-win for everyone: I save a ton of time, my processes are more streamlined, and the client experience is much more professional and pleasant. Unlike other software, Elevia is a perfect all-in-one solution for managing everything in one place, including billing, business proposals, CRM, project management, and deliverable validation. The big advantage is the ability to create a client account so they can access project tracking. I particularly appreciate that our clients can validate and comment on deliverables directly from their client account or even as guests, without having to create an account. Without Elevia, managing asynchronous feedback can be complicated. Elevia makes client feedback much smoother and more centralized. The initial installation of Elevia was very simple and quick. **What do you dislike about Elevia?** Small details like not being able to archive a task marked as "completed". When a task is marked as completed, it remains in the to-do list, which can quickly become visually annoying when you have a lot of tasks.
