**What do you like best about Electronic Patient Record?**

Detailed analysis with the help of administration notes , in-service notes , SOAP notes, pre-operative notes , operative notes and many other notes gives detailed analysis for patient .

**What do you dislike about Electronic Patient Record?**

The upfront cost is high for EHR . There is possibility of error due which may harm to patients treatment.

**What problems is Electronic Patient Record solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system I saw in one of my friends lab and experience this system for my grandfather diagnosis of heart surgery
