**What do you like best about eLearning Courses LMS?**

LMS is a great platform for learning, i have experienced with many LMS systems. like Cisco, hp, intel, online universities are using these. and that is the best because it provides everything, easy to navigate, search, track all the learning paths.

**What do you dislike about eLearning Courses LMS?**

I dont dislike anything. LMS has all the features. But the integration and operation teams give instructions, which part needs to be live. Sometimes the server matters a lot. If the server is down, the LMS will be slow. But its nothing to do with LMS. These are the external factors.

**What problems is eLearning Courses LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems that LMS is solving are online learning, learning tracking, calendars, scheduling, collaboration and reporting. If the companies provide this opportunity, they track their employees learning skills. Universities have an easier to maintain data, especially in covid, the Elearning method florished alto.

Ability to provide the content and the tracking in one platform, something that is accessible online and provides reporting to manage completion and compliance.

**What do you dislike about eLearning Courses LMS?**

The downsides are the tendency to stop in-person training or live online instructor lead courses and just put video and test content online to "save time".

**What problems is eLearning Courses LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upside is getting items in front of teams on a wide variety of schedules and in many locations especially when it is required for compliance or supports safety.
