The implementation team was very supportive and worked through the transition process carefully with us. We had a very successful cutover to the product. Since we've started using it, I've only had one issue, and technical support was extremely professional, communicative, and dedicated to resolution in a timely manner. The only thing that I wish was a little easier is how you put a document into the E-Signature platform. It would be great if you could just drag and drop a file into it, for example, from email instead of having to first save it in Egnyte and then send it for signature. I like how Egnyte is able to hold all of our files for current clients and prospective clients, and it is very detailed but easy to send links for clients. I can easily find my files, and I can easily share links with my clients and prospects. The initial setup was easy, and it wasn't difficult to train all of our people on.
