1. UI is good and clean makes browsing and placing the order quick.
2. the real-time tracking is awesome 
3. customer service is responsible and helpful.

**What do you dislike about eFood?**

1. delay delivery during peak time.
2. many local restaurants are not available.

**What problems is eFood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ordering the food at office and home.
