Eequ Reviews & Product Details

Eequ is a booking and activity management platform built for sports clubs, arts organisations, children's activity providers and adult learning courses. It brings scheduling, bookings, payments, and communication into a single system, removing the admin burden so providers can focus on delivering activities. Eequ's booking tools are built around the realities of running activity programmes. Providers can create session and block tickets, offer multi-session and multi-person discounts, set up discount codes, manage memberships, and control ticket limits. Automated waiting lists handle overflow without manual follow-up. Custom checkout questions and two-step booking approvals give providers control over who books and how. Communication tools include bulk newsletters, individual messaging, and integrated reviews. Analytics dashboards and collection pages give providers a complete picture of their bookings and audience in one place. Eequ is also the only booking platform purpose-built for providers who operate within government-funded programmes. Over half of UK councils partner with Eequ to deliver initiatives including the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme and SEND Short Breaks. Features including registrations of interest, two-step approvals, compliance reporting, and council-specific collection pages make Eequ the natural choice for any provider seeking to access or maintain local authority funding — whether running private activities, funded programmes, or both simultaneously. Eequ operates with no contracts and no subscriptions. Pricing is purely transactional — providers only pay when they take bookings. This makes Eequ straightforward to trial without financial commitment, and means costs scale naturally with usage. Eequ is known for its human-first support. Live support and one-to-one video calls ensure that less confident or less technical providers are fully supported through onboarding and beyond. Unlike larger platforms where support is automated or ticket-based, Eequ's hands-on approach means providers are never left to figure things out alone.
