The best hosting we've ever worked with. Amazing customer service. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ilia G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account **Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. We've been working with them since 2023, and now we have more than 12,000 servers with them. They provide the best customer service we've ever experienced. In case of any problems, they are always online and ready to help. Their locations in Eastern Europe work perfectly, especially in Estonia and Finland. I think we've purchased all their servers in these locations (and will buy more).

They have a good API, which allows you to easily place orders and manage your servers. This is very important when you have many thousands of active products. **What do you dislike about EDIS Global?** I cannot say anything bad about them. Maybe sometimes it's a bit expensive to buy additional terabytes of traffic when you need a lot because the traffic is linked to each individual machine, not shared between different servers in one location. For us, it would be better if it were possible to have a shared pool. But in general, prices are very reasonable, and we're fully satisfied. **What problems is EDIS Global solving and how is that benefiting you?** EDIS helped us expand our network, allowing us to provide 35 high-speed VPN locations to our customers. They added some locations at our request, which helped us migrate from other hosting providers with whom we weren't as satisfied. - [View EDIS Global pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/edis-global/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-04+20%3A18%3A31+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=79a18e3d-69f2-4289-8f88-e3380fa7fd07&secure%5Btoken%5D=0a042176b203dc0b2a40ece54b4690fc6842e4d79a2a67b4c74349a640dbbe51&format=llm_user) ## Top EDIS Global Alternatives - [WordPress.com](https://www.g2.com/products/wordpress-com/reviews) - 4.4/5.0 (2,681 reviews) - [Kinsta](https://www.g2.com/products/kinsta/reviews) - 4.8/5.0 (1,619 reviews) - [Cloudways](https://www.g2.com/products/cloudways/reviews) - 4.7/5.0 (1,127 reviews)
