We are a VPN service, and we use EDIS infrastructure in all the locations they provide. We've been working with them since 2023, and now we have more than 12,000 servers with them. They provide the best customer service we've ever experienced. In case of any problems, they are always online and ready to help. Their locations in Eastern Europe work perfectly, especially in Estonia and Finland. I think we've purchased all their servers in these locations (and will buy more).
They have a good API, which allows you to easily place orders and manage your servers. This is very important when you have many thousands of active products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot say anything bad about them. Maybe sometimes it's a bit expensive to buy additional terabytes of traffic when you need a lot because the traffic is linked to each individual machine, not shared between different servers in one location. For us, it would be better if it were possible to have a shared pool. But in general, prices are very reasonable, and we're fully satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
