They provide the best customer service we've ever experienced. In case of any problems, they are always online and ready to help. Their locations in Eastern Europe work perfectly, especially in Estonia and Finland. I think we've purchased all their servers in these locations (and will buy more). They have a good API, which allows you to easily place orders and manage your servers. This is very important when you have many thousands of active products.
